So for a few years now, my kids unfortunately like a bagel sandwich from here, 1 day out of the weekend. It’s becoming unbearable to me at this point. I always have to ask for the receipt, which they don’t like to hand over, probably because they know that they are doing it wrong…..or on purpose I think at this point.. I know they are young and probably it’s their first job, but 2 bagel sandwiches is not too hard.. HERE we go.. a plain bagel bec not toasted, an everything bagel, bec( no cheese ) not toasted. The end…… Sometimes I’ll say it like , an everything bagel not toasted, with just bacon and egg. Just to see if that helps.. it doesn’t. Omg, if was just a few times , I wouldn’t care at this point. But, I finally get the receipt just now, I tell them and show them that it’s completely different than what I ordered, he goes in the back to tell them.. and I get sausage for some reason.. that’s just today.. it’s either they are just messing with me, or they shouldn’t have THIS job, YET!! CRAZYINESS!! please let me know if it’s me, or everyone ordering from ellenville NY Dunkin Donuts???? 5/12/23 asked for a refresher.. they are out of it. asked for a large lemonade, they are out, asked for snakinbacon, they are out.. so I’m sitting here, typing this.. because it’s not NEARLY the first time.. omg!! this world is crazy!!! I ordered a extra large coffee with 2 Expresso shots and they changed me 9.00 I have bought coffee the same way on the long island and it was on 5 dollar’s and some change made the same way. So never again will you get my business. O and to boot they argued with me about the pricing

I ordered a Vanilla Chi Latte, and snacking bacon. The bacon was cold and under cooked. The Chi Latta had Mocha in it. Not what I asked for. Service was okay. A bit slow for so many people working and the lobby only having 2 people in it.
