They best chicken ever, moist and delicious. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I had the left over piece of chicken a few days later still good tasting. The dinner meal is fantastic deal. The service and atmosphere is great, a fantastic place for a family to enjoy and lunch or dinner. I have never been disappointed, the other family members have had other items on the menu and have been extremely happy with there choice. Always make it out our to go place when going out to eat when at the cabin. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The staff is also fantastic

I was recommended this sports bar from the cleaning lady @ my grandparent’s cabins. My mom & I were here last month to see NCAA baseball World Series & one of the Tampa Bay Lightning vs Colorado Avalanche NHL finals games. I had a chicken sandwich, fries, jalapeño poppers, & salad. Big TVs. Great food

My parents LOVE coming here to eat, sometimes even coming here for lunch and dinner, when guests are in town. The owners are on site, so you know business is being taken care of! My dad loves the quesadillas and potato skins. I had the cup of chili lately and it was spicy for me, so I had to have lots of sour cream to cool it down. My mom loves the chicken and side salad, you can get grilled or broasted. The pop: they have COKE and PEPSI, really! I love it! . I don’t have pictures this time, but YES, go here! Oh! And there is designated accessibility parking by the door! (formerly known as handicapped parking). Thank you for this!

Jerry the owner is great! He remembers what you like even when you’re not a local. Always go there to stay at the Inn and have dinner before Dr appts at Riverwood Health Center there. Great hospitality! Dinner and a Room for the night. All at the same place. Restaurant Saloon and Inn. Laurie and Dean PS I’m the salad eater with the hard boied egg Jerry.

This restaurant was next to and part of the hotel we stayed in for several days while visiting relatives. The walleye was so good that it tasted almost like lobster and I had to get it again the next night. And the broasted chicken was awesome too. Side of potatoes au gratin was freshly made and one of the best au gratins I have had. Their blue cheese dressing is made there, so no bitter preservative taste. A wonderful gem in the small town of Aitkin.
