Great hidden gem for super affordable, no fuss, take-out Chinese food. Lunch specials under $7 are plentiful! Add soup or eggroll if you like. Same for fortune cookies. I had roast pork and Chinese vegetables with pork fried rice. YUM! Added Hot & Sour soup to warm up on a rainy day. Next time, I’ll try the shrimp toast or fried dumplings.

Everything is alright except the rice… I remember the rice used to had peas or green onions and I think carrots. Its just plain rice with onions 🙁

I got the general Tso chicken with beef lo main which was mushy the worst ever and some white sauce everything was horrible. I don’t even think it was chicken people. For the amount of money i spent ($29) you’ll think it would be good. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog or anybody else. Absolutely horrible. Almost puked. U better be starving to eat that garbage. Never again save your money.

This was by far the best Chinese food I’ve had in North Carolina. Coming from New York it has been difficult to find a descent Chinese food place and King Chef has been the top!! Their fried rice has pork and no peas and carrots like most put in their fried rice. Love their egg rolls full of flavor and had their egg foo young and the gravy was all it should be and that is hard to find. The new management has certainly made a difference!!

The workers here are nasty.. one time I came in to get my order and one of the workers were digging in their nose. THEN tonight I ordered some rice because I wasn’t sure what to get to eat and this was my last result. When I came through the door a worker was wiping his nose snot on his shirt and looked at his shirt like it was whatever. Ain’t no way in the world I’m about to eat this food.

Literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The rice tasted sour and the crab Rangoon was not fresh, pretty sure it was old. Threw away our whole meal and went to another restaurant instead. Definitely a waste of money save your coins and go elsewhere.
