Forgot part of my order. Driver didn’t want to get out of car because he was playing on his phone. Friend broke her tooth eating a slice. They offered to make us another pizza and deliver it but never got it. Worst service I’ve ever experienced with pizza hut.

Don’t order the boneless wings they’re good but I ordered 24. I got 24 but only 12 of them was a piece of chicken. The other 12 were a piece of chicken cut in half pretty much so I didn’t get what I paid for and that’s the second time it’s happened

Food was good and service was fast. As far as dining in, the high chairs were dirty, you have to look the menu up on your phone to order at the counter, and you have to check the pick up spot for your food when it’s ready. Good, but not so much if you want to dine in at one of the last dine in Pizza Huts.

25-35 estimated delivery. 1 hour later, no call, no pizza. Got hung up on 4 times, no one spoke. 5th time guy answers, and says it left the store 5 min ago, should see it in 10 min. That was an hour ago. No one answering the phone….. never again. Update: 2 hours late, cold, and cut by a 5 year old?

They sent me a burnt pizza and half cooked cinasticks. When I called to complain they where in no way apologetic and didn’t seem to care. They did send out another one but it was burnt to. I have been eating at this location for over 30 years. Sad to see what has happened to it recently. It will be a long time before I eat at this location again.

I ordered 4 oven baked pasta it was dry cold not good no sauce it was bad the bread was hard no taste I order all the time here because it’s close but the food is never right cold not good they need to do better the guy who waited on me was nice but you ask for parmesan cheese and I had to pay for a bottle because they don’t have packets more money for them I would not send a family or friends there

Well I am probably the most patient and understanding man on earth but this store went out of there way to motivated this. I placed my order online at 8:45pm with the knowledge of the stores closure at 11:00pm. Also understanding that it would be late due to a huge concert in the area. No problem with that but I do expect communication if this was to be a problem. So at 9:17 pm I received a text confirming it was out for delivery. As time goes on I check the app with no indication of an issue. At 10:40 I call due to my concern that there maybe an issue. I then was informed that my order that was still in route on the tracker was canceled due to their ability to find my address. I received no call to try to find me or tell me it was not coming. Now this location is less then .08 miles away from my very large hotel that honestly could probably be seen from there parking lot. No problem being told the order can’t happen because you didn’t want to deal with traffic or your busy end of night. But you didn’t call me to tell me that so I could make other arrangements. Instead I was left with no options due to the stores cowardly cancelation of my order. Sorry for the vent just suggesting the avoidance of this store. Pizza Hut you lost a customer today.
