The drive thru clerk had so much dirt under her nails I thought i was driving through an oil change station. Absolutely disgusting and so nasty. Lost my appetitite. Surely they provide soap and water for their team members and a cleanliness policy.

Went by this evening to place an order, the gentleman was polite and repeated everything back correctly. I get home, and I’m missing a sandwich, missing an order of fries for my kids meal, and for my two sides for one of my combos, I received mashed potatoes and coleslaw, instead of French fries and sweet corn. Of course I called, but never received an answer. Spent over $30 to not have all of my food, very disappointed. Not to mention, to uae your card, you had to go inside.

In cleaning they have zero. The place is disgusting. From the moment you enter it looks and smells BAD and the floor seems to have gum. They definitely do not have any kínd of cleaning.

Went through drive through first Maria said cc only, the next person behind me she told cash only lol I get to window she tried charging my cc, then she ask, you don’t have cash? Which i didn’t.. I check my bank account there’s 3 charges, Maria said if it didn’t fall off call us.. I have called numerous of times on different days no answer or phone stops ringing. I do not live close to just drive up here, but guess I will need to because I need my money back!! How inconvenient. Wanted to leave no stars but they won’t let me post.. sad!!

Awful. 3 o’clock in the afternoon and can not fill an order of an 8 piece family meal. I was ok with mixing chicken. But you can’t order sweet corn unless you want it in a bowl not enough for you to eat on its own. So you guys that order the bowls, you will get 2 kernels. The Mac and cheese was so cold we couldn’t eat it. Thank goodness the biscuits were good.

just came from there and got two spicy bowls, bag was leaking with oil and i didn’t know why. i got home and this is what i see. filled to the BRIM with oil, completely inedible. i always go to this kfc not sure why this was this way, but my food was completely drenched. disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. We didn’t order greasy gooey chicken but thats what we got. Took it back to get it remade and got exactly the same thing. Everyone that ate it got sick. Disgusting! Dont eat here. Never had service this bad. Will never order from here again. Sad to get this from a chain known for crispy fried chicken

Went to KFC on 6/29/2023 for the chicken sandwich. Now mind you back in the day KFC was notorious for there chicken sandwiches. They were very tasty, crispy, and big. So I was of the assumption that I was going to have the same experience in the past with this new chicken sandwich, since KFC no longer sold a variety of sandwiches.

If you use drive thru be sure to check you order they didn’t give me my chicken pot pie. And girl at window didn’t acknowledge me other than taking my card and handing me bags, didn’t say a word when I said hello or when I said thank you have a nice day.
