We have tried to use this location over the last number of years and the service is poor a majority of the time. I went today through the drive-thru and first the order was wrong, they forgot my child’s entire order (sandwich and drink), and second the iced coffee looked very creamy after asking for light cream (this is a problem nearly every time I go). When she brought out the corrected order, she aggressively hands the drink to me with an attitude. As I said, this service is far too often lacking and the attitude of the employees is bad, if they engage at all. I get it, it’s a customer service job, I did it too when I was younger, but man shape up and do the job correctly, otherwise go mow lawns or some other gig. I was always taught to do the job well, no matter what it is, I don’t care if you are cleaning toilets (have done that). This is likely the last time my family goes to this location. This franchise owner needs better management. Will be contacting corporate over the repeated poor customer service.

Place has really come a long way from a couple years ago when i was going to manage it. Most of the staff is nice and much faster. Especially the girl with the pink nails. Always a great experience with her every time i go. I wish i knew her name so i could thank her properly. But yea whole store is great now

This is my third attempt to try this location and they continue to show why I will drive across town to get my coffee. Asked for French vanilla swirl and got no flavoring, sent it back to be corrected, and the lady loudly expressed that’s what it was. Well obviously you don’t know how to make coffee! Nor do you know customer service to try to argue back and forth and out loud. If you don’t like your job QUIT! The last time I came I got the wrong donuts, let them know, and they made sure to put the frosting on the bottom of the bag to stick to it. Some of them ALWAYS have an attitude and need to learn what TRUE Customer service is! Won’t be spending my money here.

I came to this town from Chicago for work. I mostly try to avoid Dunkin in the Chicagoland metropolitan area because of the taste of coffee. You guys got the magic touch. Give that manager a raise. Coffee was great.

Drive thru is quick and service is friendly. Food was hot BUT the hot coffee seems watered down and I ordered mine with less cream and no sugar.. Just wish that the bacon was put on the sandwich evenly.

Service is hit or miss. The morning staff seem on top of their game but the afternoon staff have messed up my drink order several times. I always order a mocha latte with almond milk (either iced or hot). 4 times now they’ve given me a caramel latte. I’ve said something twice and both times they take the drink and just put mocha in with the caramel. If not obvious on taste alone, you can visibly see both in the cup. They may not think that’s a big deal but for someone with diabetes or an allergy to caramel color additive, it could be dangerous. This just sets them up for a lawsuit. It’s not hard to admit your mistake and make a new one. It just seems like laziness on the part of the staff. I’ll drive to the Yorkville location instead whenever possible.

This is 10 minutes after ordering. Got home and was going to transfer to my own cup. There are little white floating specs all over. Called the store to inform so they could throw that batch of cream out, and was told “OK thanks.” and they hung up…..uh what?!

I went through the drive up in Plano early this afternoon and I used the birthday drink reward I received- the young man working the window was by far one of the kindest, happiest employees this location has had in a long time! He welcomed me when I pulled up and after scanning my reward he saw what it was and then wished me a happy birthday. He handed me my drink and said hope you are having a good day birthday girl! I hope he stays for a while! The world could use more happy service employees!
