Just fyi, we ordered $75 worth of food for lunch. We called in to order. When we got there, we had 1 thing on our order that was right. Was told everything was there when leaving. Left the restaurant and had to go back. Tried to call and their phone was pulled off the hook when I got back to the restaurant. Walked in and was thrown a bag that also wasn’t correct. Said they forgot our order. So I brought back in the other food that wasn’t right, she said well it’s going to have to wait. I said that’s fine. I stepped back and left everything on the counter. A guy named Joe comes over and started asking what was wrong with it. Huffing and puffing because they were busy. I understand that it’s during lunch. I wasn’t asking you to stop doing orders. So I try to go over what was wrong and the guy gets hateful and says well that stuff is all right. Whenever the ticket says one thing and the food shows something completely different. Grilled Buffalo chicken Philly salad showed below. Supposed to just have no onions on it. I mean this looks like a great salad to me. I paid $12 for this lettuce and chicken. First time ever eating there and also last time. I’m a very simple person, I’ve worked in restaurants and I would have never treated my customer this way!

I was GM for 1 year 4 months. Owner Yash Patel who also owns Save-A-Lot grocery stores had me constantly using food that was expired or unusable at Save-A-Lot in Lenny’s sandwiches. I have photos of expired bacon he sent to Lenny’s and forced employees to use as well as inferior cheese. Yash Patel also has for at least 1yr4months been stealing credit card tips from his employees, keeping most pay periods more than 50% so I advise don’t tip thru credit card, the people you are trying to tip won’t get it. Photos were taken on Feb 25th and you can see expired on Feb 14th.

Went to Lenny’s for my favorite hot Italian and it was HORRIBLE! Worst sandwich I’ve ever had there was no love given to it at all and they didn’t put half the toppings on it. My cheese wasn’t even melted! Glad I only got a 5” No wonder they went from 3 to 1 location. 0/10 go to nixons

I can’t say enough about how good this was. They carefully wrapped each sandwich in tinfoil and it was still nice and hot when I got home (15minutes away). The man who cane out to curbside was friendly and helpful. He took my card and gave me the food. I can’t wait to order again!! Thank you for the great customer service.

Well I drive from South Knoxville to West Knoxville once the week to get me and my mother a sandwich it’s always awesome sad that there’s not one on my side of town which there used to be but bad employees caused them to close anyway food’s awesome I always made correct so no arguments would recommend it to anyone who loves a good deal and loves a great sandwich
