Worst Dunkin ever, rude and unprofessional. Wrong orders every time I almost have 2 star since they have a drive thru at least I’m not getting out my car and paying for wrong coffee like today I ordered a large ice macchiato extra Carmel , received one pump instead of the standard 3 , or 4 with the single extra pump. Yesterday I went and had to ask for the rest of my order. The day before that was told I was not waiting for anything and didn’t receive my change( twice this happened.)

Coffee is always great. I first ordered the new stuffed mini everything bagel, I was told they didn’t have any, then I ordered the sausage, egg & cheese croissant, paid for my order a minute later I was told the were out of croissants. Did I want a plain bagel? I finally settled on a bacon wake-up wrap. At least I know why it took so long in the drive thru, everyone else probably had the same issue with their orders. I did ask if they ran out of the bagel minis and was told that they weren’t on the truck. Coffee was great!

I’ve gone to this dunkin for over 15 years. Since covid it has completely turned for the worst. It’s unfortunate that it has now consistently been a negative experience. I don’t think it’s being ran properly at this location like it used to be. I try to be the devil’s advocate & give many chances but it’s gone too far here. The hours are not open till 8pm. This location doesn’t even have food at 5pm on multiple occasions. It’s either going to get closed or will dwindle slowly till the 1 star reviews will become the majority of reviews. The closest best place to go to is Dandee Donuts on 441 just south of Sample across the street from the Walgreens there. You’ll end up paying more unfortunately but their donuts are exceptional. That’s my best recommendation for everyone who that wants to get donuts & breakfast food in the evening. I have a night shift so it’s perfect there & it’s open 24/7. They’ll actually have breakfast food there & they have great customer service. It also has a drive thru!

This is by far the worse DUNKIN ever! They are unprofessional, no comprehension skills and just don’t care about the needs of the customer at all! This is my third time ordering coffee and receiving the total opposite of what I ordered, I ordered a medium hot coffee with 4creams/3sugars/2brownie butter swirls…. These people gave me freaking chocolate swirl I had to pour the whole cup out , I AM SO SICK OF THIS DUNKIN IT DONT MAKE ANY SENSE THEY ARE A POOR REPRESENTATION OF DUNKIN.

Order consistently is messed up. Yesterday I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and received plain cream cheese. Today I ordered a plain BEC bagel and received whatever this is. Somebody there needs to learn how to read when making orders and double checking instead trying to rush and get people out the drive thru.

Sunday Morning 645 am not a person in drive thru or inside ordering, so decided to go through Drive thru.. The Manager.. lol took my order and I asked nicely for Samar to make my coffee also ordered a bagel too. I pull up to pay only to hear the Manager talking nasty since I didn’t come in for my coffee and so on. So I questioned her about that and she got very Rude and Nasty.. saying you don’t let anyone else make your coffee to try.. That’s wrong.. I’m scared what they might do to it!! That’s why.. Besides Samar is your best employee There!!! Many people only come there because her!! Not the Rude Manager.
