The order which was small took over 20 minutes to get. Staff was delivering orders to people who came in after me. It took a while to get the change after I gave money for the order. If you want a fast food don’t eat here. This is not the first time I have experienced this poor level of service.

We ordered via the app that was supposed to be ready when we arrived at 7:00pm. It was 4 drinks. We didn’t get our drinks until 7:15, after we pushed the button to ask where they were, and one of them was wrong. It was supposed to be a Cranberry Limeade with no ice, we got a Cherry Limeade with ice.

Just waited 40 minutes to find out my order was wrong my milkshakes weren’t the right size and were practically melted by time I received them…. I didn’t have fries which I ordered so I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for fries! The girl who served me was super nice but come on sonic ! DO BETTER ! That was terrible service.

Service tends to be slow even when not very busy, and staff always seems to be flustered or rattled if there is more than a car or 2. But overall the food is pretty good once it does arrive! A little advice to the staff… take a deep breath, they are there cause their hungry they will only leave if all they get is a show of the headless nutcracker! Get the food out and we’ll be happy to wait!!

Last night I ordered a sinus burger and it took 15 mujeres an I was the only customer their. Then I paid an instead of getting me my change right away they are standing their talking and giving off. Then I come back the next night cause my family wants slushes and I had to order them not only once but for times until they got the order right and then I waiting 20 minutes to get for slushes then we didn’t know which ones were. Service is but a priority.

Hate to leave negative comments but hopefully this’ll make things better. We had been driving all day and stopped her for a quick bite to eat. I ordered 3 meals and we waited a total of 45 minutes for someone to finally come out to bring our drinks and tell us “we’re just finishing wrapping up your food” so i calmly say “okay thank you” he leaves and another 15 minutes pass and finally the manager comes out with our food and he’s apologizing for the wait and said “i put some coupons in there for how long the wait was” and that made the wait not so bad. we then leave and i drink my dr pepper which was a root beer and then we start digging through our food and realize there’s only one small fry, there was no coupons in the bag either. very disappointed. it’s sad no one responds to the reviews.
