I Got my service with a busboy and he did not get my order right about the changes I made. Seemed like none of the ‘waiters’ were in uniform, just the hostess and the waitresses were, which seemed odd! Even the cook was in street clothes, but I got better service by the cook than the so called waiter, which seemed to be a busboy!! Food was good but pricey, but for the AREA, I guess it is to be expected!! Nice restaurant, but a little run down so to SPEAK! COULD USE A LITTLE TLC IN MY OPINION!! Just not expecting the service I got from what seemed to be a nice place to have dinner!! I think I would promote the cook and move the waiter/busboy into a dishwashing position(in my opinion)….

We dined at Mountainside Grill a few times during our visit and were more than impressed with the food! The pizza was tasty but my favorite was breakfast. The blueberry waffle, with FRESH blueberries was to die for, as was the chocolate waffle with fresh whipped cream and Belgium chocolate shavings. YUM AND, the omelettes were prepared perfectly! With the casual atmosphere and spacious dog friendly patio facing Mt Warner, I highly recommend you try it! Cheers to Liam, Diana and Ryan for their friendly service

The food is mediocre. Some things are good, others decent. I recommend the pizza. The staff is always very friendly and they’re great about remembering their regulars. The bar scene isn’t half bad either. Not much for cocktails. Prices are pretty steep though.

Had bad service on the food, ordered a cheeseburger and it was raw, I asked for well done. I was so hungry from fishing all day at STEAMBOAT LAKE so I did not notice it at first, my lady did. SO we called the waitress, & she came back..& said that they can throw it back on he grill to cook longer. We said no. THEN the cook came out, and said he would take the half eaten burger and put it back on the grill, really I had my grems on it . He also said that the burger was not raw instead was medium rare. I said that I ordered I well done!

We had dinner and breakfast food was prepared perfect. The morning customer service was not as welcoming as dinner was. The bar guy couldn’t figure out our cash back. But everything’s else was good

Nice big patio attached to play area for sports such as bean bag toss, ping pong, connect 4. Kids and family friendly. Outdoor bar in patio opens for fun summer time. Great food.

Worst service ever….. well, if there had been any. Visiting from out of town and definitely got treated like it. First stood at the hostess stand for 10 mins while being ignored to be seated. Finally seated with my party of 4 and provided 2 menus. Then left to sit another 20 mins with no greeting, no service…. NOTHING! Terrible experience. Was my skin color wrong? Certainly felt like it. We will not be back. Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Treat your visitors and customers better.
