Spent almost 100 bucks buying food for the entire family and the lady that served me my food was complaining about getting me my missing gravy. Asking are you sure its not there, not once but twice! Lady I’m not looking to get a free gravy If I want to buy one I will. Gave me extremely hard biscuits and couldn’t even fill up my soda all the way. They’re lazy, unprofessional, and don’t recommend anybody to go there. Take your money else where. These employees are clowns.

I’ve been to this location maybe 6 times, most of the time I use the drive-through. Nearly everytime they get our order wrong. Im not the type to get mad about it. In fact my wife and I think it’s comical how often they mess up the order so we always go in with that expectation and know to check our order before leaving.

Tonight was my first time at this KFC location, usually my family and I go to the location on Dysart because it’s closer but because of some bad service the last few times there we decided to drive over to this location tonight instead. We ate inside and the restaurant was very clean and the red head girl at the counter was very nice and polite. After taking our order she repeated back the order and then afterwards handed the receipt back and asked us to take a look over the receipt while she gets our order together and if we notice anything off about our order to just let her know. That showed us how much she cares about accuracy, she wanted to make sure our order was going to be correct. She cared about making sure our order was going to be right, she even dropped our fry’s fresh as well. As we was about to leave she even made sure to thank us for coming. Very nice experience and we will definitely return again next time.

Every time I come in to get chicken, KFC does not have what I want to order and they offer something I don’t want. The last time I went through the drive through I gave my order and they took my money. After I had already paid for it, they tell me they don’t have any white meat. Not before but after I pay. So I ask for a refund and they tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to and will let everyone know of my experience. I do not know how this place is still in business.

UPDATE:How in the hell does KFC at 5:30 tell door dash they have NO Chicken and had to cancel my order? THIS IS ALWAYS HAPPENING AT THIS LOCATION. THATS CALLED POOR MANAGEMENT! Order an 8 peice meal. For once it came out super hot. But, my excitement didn’t last. I live right next doorn in Remington. Got some plates out dishes out one serving of mashed potatoes because that all there was in the container, and grabbed a chicken breast and a leg. BOTH WERE UNDER COOK . . . BOTH! So basically I turned my oven on and continued to cook the Chicken a extra 20 mins. All for a big $30.00. It’s Star count will never go up with poor management.

Have gone thru this location’s drive-thru twice and both times it was ridiculously slow. Wait time 20 minutes plus with no one in front of me!! Also the thighs I ordered were over 50 percent breading/crust actual meat was smaller than the palm of my hand.
