This location is extremely dirty. The garbage is over flowing in the lobby-lobby floor is littered with garbage. Restrooms are littered with garbage. Toilet has not her. Cleaned for quite a long time. If the employees have used the bathroom you’d think they would attend to this area. Paper towel dispensers empty.

This is a Starbucks within a QFC so how much atmosphere can it have? But the service was quick and efficient and she got my drink right. Barista was friendly and quick. I did not order any pastry because Starbucks really needs to upgrade and switch up their bakery items. There’s still serving the same stuff from 2018. Time for a facelift. Same stuff, same look and same old pastry.

Karly and Mary are consistently great! Today it was swamped because the power was out in lots of areas, so everyone was at Starbucks. They were clearly in the weeds but still holding it down and were nice and cheerful.

My 10 year. Old daughter and her friend love the tic tock drink but the barista that was working this evening has the worst customer service skills she talked to my daughter like what do u guys want now? She acts completely like there wasting her time and rolls her eyes at them.They played 10 bucks for 2 drinks I will never go back to this Starbucks again

I love Starbucks and these people do a great job. I drop off my coffee to be ground when I do my grocery shopping and pick it up when I am ready to check out. I want to add that they are the most likely place in my shopping stops to have decaf expresso.

A pretty ‘regular’ Starbucks, except for wait times which I find are typically anywhere from 5-20 minutes on average. I’ve been here many times in the past to get work done, but I rarely visit anymore due to the consistent issue of how long it takes to get a drink made. Other than that–this is your run of the mill Starbucks with a Drive-thru.
