I found this hidden gem. We needed a new breakfast spot since dropping our second favorite on Lake Worth Rd. What a great find. Frannie’s is a small very “Cozy” place. With nice comfortable booths. Our server provided us with Great customer service. My family chose breakfast while I decided to try their Burger in case of a Lunch stop which will now be our next visit. The hash browns were perfect, crispy outside with perfect potatoes inside. The home fries were seasoned perfect as well. The burger was very tasty, I would defiantly order again. Our first visit, will not be our last. Easy in and out from West of State Rd 7 and South of Southern Blvd. I definitely recommend Frannie’s Restaurant and Diner

I am 1000% critical and dig deep so when I tell you this place is a gorgeous little diamond in the rough it is. The food was excellent everything tasted great and was on point. The server was courteous beyond words. There is a very inclusive atmosphere and it appeared very homey. The food presentation was great and the eggs had to be made by jesus. Their prices are a little bit too low for what they deliver. Overall excellent quality and the very best breakfast place in this area. I highly recommend. You will go for the food then return for the service.

My wife and I dropped a friend off, early, at the airport and were in the area attending a Home Show at the Fairgrounds. We were looking for a place to get some coffee and breakfast. I did a quick search and saw Frannie’s, which to me sounded perfect. There was something very special about this place–– maybe it was just this day or just this time, but walking into Frannie’s, looking for a comforting breakfast, well, you could not help but feel the love. This was comfort food and service that was second to no place else. We were greeted as if we have been there a lifetime, and the food was plentiful and delicious. What impressed me most were the other patrons coming in–– this is community, family and love. A gem.

I like the old diner look and feel. Waitress was pinched for time even with just 4 tables… She kept asking “ are u all ready …” it was 10am.

Such a great place to go. Delicious breakfast to start your day and a very welcoming environment! Tammy is an amazing person, and always takes care of the customers with a big smile.

My husband and I have eaten here multiple times and always seem to get the same rude, condescending waitress. Sunday was no different. She seemed annoyed with our very presence. We had to ask the other girl for refills and a take out order, which she didn’t hesitate to help with.

No A/C, $18.04 for eggs w/ corned beef hash from a can, toast,( one piece of bread) and bitter coffee. The waitress has to be prompted for everything and could care less. Tobasco is really old and bottle filthy dirty. A mediocre meal in a hot room, over $23 per person for breakfast and lame service.
