This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. My croissant was burned on the edges and ice cold in the middle. The staff were all horribly rude. I dont know what happened to this store, but there is no way that I’ll be going here again with so many other options in the area

Very tide and nice Starbucks. Simply it’s an affiliate Starbucks to Virginia Tech, me personally appreciate that. But it doesn’t support mobile order and doesn’t supply clover reserve which is my personal favorite, thus a little disappointed applies to me.

Accidentally sent the mobile order to the incorrect Starbucks. Understandably, this was my fault; however, neither Starbucks was able to work with me on a refund or just make me the drink based on my receipt. I feel that for a large organization, the customer service should be better. I was basically ignored instead. Pretty upsetting. I ended up purchasing another drink without a refund on the other.

Starbucks is over rated, over crowded, and over priced place on the planet Earth to get an underwhelming cup of coffee. If I could give it less than one star I would. If you want a GOOD cup of coffee, hit up one of your local coffee shops. You’ll be getting a better product and you’ll be supporting your local economy. It’s a win-win.

Not enough room indoors to meet with a group of 5 people. And when ordering a (hot) latte I was asked if I wanted whipped cream… A latte should have a lovely steamed head that is waaaaay better than whipped cream. They did not have this. The milk was flat and thin because the batista doesn’t know how to steam properly.
