Meh, I had higher hopes, based on the description. Also, I get that it’s in a mall and prices are higher because there is a captive audience, however, way too expensive for what we got. There was supposed to be blue cheese in it, not that I found. Worse yet, it didn’t even have mac and cheese flavor.

I love the concept but it’s lacking flavor. It’s like noodles, cheese and topping. No seasoning. Thats not how we make mac n cheese in our family. But this may be a good spot for little kids. Maybe try their grilled sandwiches instead. I tried their short ribs and when I got home I added BBQ sauce and it tasted better. Those noodles need some seasoning though. Oh on the plus side the helpings are just right and they serve it in a heart shape container- which was cute.

The girl that was making my order was too busy listening to her airpods to communicate with me when making my order. So it didn’t surprise me when I started eating paper in my sandwich. Fortunately Nathan and Forrest remade my sandwich and refunded me which was extremely excellent customer service. The second sandwich was delicious.

A little overpriced. But my daughter likes them and something different. She’s 2, so we get the kids’ meals, and she doesn’t drink soda or high sugar drinks. They were out of honest kids’ applejuice, which was a bummer. I paid for the meal, and she couldn’t get a drink. And the employee working was so quiet, he didn’t say hello or what can I get started for you, nothing.

Absolutely overpriced and tastes like garbage. Paid $21 for a weak, watery noodle bowl with 5 pieces of chicken 1/3 the size of a chicken nugget. I have had microwaved Mac and cheese that tasted better. This company should and needs to just close and give up

This place was terrible. The server looked absolutely miserable rolling his eyes the entire time. I got a diy bowl and the cheese “sauce ” was watery . I wasnt able to eat my food . Do not waste your money here !

went in the other day and ordered the kids grilled cheese MEAL. it was not a meal because there was no kids apple juice and no tater tots. they wouldn’t even substitute the tater for chips. don’t advertise what you don’t have

Mac bites are bomb but Mac and cheese sauce on my lobster Mac was soo thin I couldn’t even tell it had cheese. For $25 way over priced. For someone that specializes in Mac and cheese…..it’s lacking for me

There was no line on a Sunday afternoon when the mall is packed. Just watching them make the chicken parmesan Mac and cheese thing that it wasn’t enough sauce. But at the end surprised how much there was. Never eaten here before 100/10 for sure will be back. I <3 Mac and cheese……… and more, great service too!!!!!
