I was given the opportunity to try a dish the owner is thinking of adding to the menu. It’s a chicken fried chicken covered with a crawfish ettouffe sauce that is made with Pinot Grigio. It is amazing! I hope to see this one added to the menu, it maybe my favorite dish.
