Hello. We have been going to Montes since they opened years ago but the last few times we have visited it has been disappointing, period. This last trip was the worst. I understand new employees and how things can get mixed up , it just happens. When you ask for a panini and you watch them make it and ask several times “ I asked “ for a panini and they reply that is what this is. But wrong bread and don’t put it in the toaster That ain’t a panini. And the incorrect sandwich being made next to it when asked again about the sub being made. Not happy. The woman at the register recognized me and tried to make it all right but more bread then meat, you can tell new employees, although it this is a common occurrence these days. ? That’s not good. Thank you for your time. Gregg. Hello I see your reply and let’s see if I can clarify. I asked for a panini and it was made on a sub tool / not put in a press nor toasted. I asked for an Italian/ which I always do and a full monte was made along with an Italian. When it was realized I didn’t ask for the third sandwich there was confusion as to how to make the Italian. Does that make any more sense to you. ?

I just came in to pickup a doordash order but the environment was very welcoming ! I was greeted so nicely at the door but the owner it seemed like but i’m not sure. It regardless she had everything ready for me and had a smile on her face while assisting me and working on an order. I haven’t even tried this restaurant but i definitely will be coming back to do so soon !

This was one of the most tasteless roast beef subs I’ve ever had in my life. The roast beef felt like plastic and had no flavor at all, the cheese was the best tasting thing on the bread. I never thought I’d say this but ingles has better tasting subs for less.
