Great pizzas made to order. No frills restaurant. Tiny space. 1970s decor but friendly atmosphere. These is old school with joe at the counter making your pizza. The place opens at 10am for those who love pizza for breakfast. Very well priced.

I won’t go back but it wasn’t the worst pizza ever. Definitely don’t get the “thick crust” it was all I could taste which is a shame because it just treated like flour and their cheese game seemed solid. Do your self a favor and skip the “salad” as well unless you really like iceberg lettuce a few tomatoes and a handful of black olives.

Delicious Mom and Pop Pizza pies created with love. They even have an interesting Eastern European sausage called soujouk which is kind of spicy and almost taste like escargot in sausage form. That’s probably not how you spell it and that’s probably a poor description for it but try it and you may understand. Get to know the owners and you’ll be rewarded with kind smiles and gratitude! This review was for Pizza Joe’s and I haven’t tried the new pies from the new guys.

I love this place because the pizza does not have a lot of grease like Pizza hut this is the best and the stuffed crust is super good

A small family run pizza joint serving New York-style thin crust pies. Not loaded with sugar, salt, or oil makes for great taste. A small seating area with a tv is a nice spot to hang out. It’s rarely crowded as most of the business is take-out. Call ahead with your order as it usually takes around 20 minutes to make the pizzas.

I saw they had a veggie pizza special starting at $9.35. I ordered the 14” (medium) and the price jumped to over $17! For a medium pizza and a small bottle of coke ended up costing me $22! Deceptive marketing on their menus so buyer beware! I gave 2 stars because the pizza was decent tasting but way over-priced!

They don’t skimp on the toppings and the pizza is really, really good. They also have sandwiches, and the falafel is great. It’s an older place and not fancy, but if you want outstanding pizza for a good value I highly recommend this place. WAY better than the greasy Pizza Hut nearby.

A great letdown. After taking in their run-down Dunkin Donuts-like ambiance, we were treated to rather brusque service while ordering our pizzas. After being forced to stare at a small screen running black and white old westerns (there’s no way to ignore it, the volume was too loud and the room is a single hallway with tables), our pizza arrived a shocking 40 minutes later without any other apparent customer present.

We have been getting pizza from Pizza Joe’s for over 30 years, and we love it. The crust is thin, the sauce is excellent. Our favorite is Pepperoni, Mushroom and Pepperoni. We love their antipasto salad and yummy Italian dressing. A real Altadena treat!!

This place does not exist. It’s a complete scam. This place has never opened. All info, menu, and reviews are from JOE’S PIZZA which closed 6 months ago.
