Hit or miss. Mediocre. Food border line room temperature upon receiving. Wings barely have sauce on them yet plenty of feathers. The lady who takes the order …very pleasant. Owner however, chauvinistic and egotistical seemingly prideful. I paid for a 30pc party wing with extra veggies also requested that the wings would be made fresh since they were not very hot “temperature wise” the first time I tried them. I decided to give them another go. Missing the extra veggies this time, I called to inform them of the error. Again lady very pleasant …owner on the other hand very rude. I wanted the money I paid for the veggies refunded and not 10% off of my next order because after trying them twice with disappointments I probably won’t try them again. The lady asked him if he’d like to talk to me. I didn’t to request him anyway and I could hear his rude tone of voice in the background saying “nope”. No need to patronize a customer. You mess up, simply correct it and an apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Yes I was refunded my money for the veggies but I’m about the principal. I will not be giving this inconsistent and inconsiderate place my business again. I am able to infer aspects of his character based upon my first time going and he was mopping and instructed me not to walk on his wet floor as if I would do that anyway. How could he know but it’s ironic that the person after me …a male, he informed to be careful.

I’ve had good and bad experiences with this company, but last night’s $70 order cut the cake. My 20 piece whole wings (yes, $70 for 20 wings only and Doordash fee) were covered in feathers. Like, the chicken literally had a deep fried hairstyle on every single piece!!! This is so unsanitary and lazy! I will never order again!!!!! Oh, and I ordered lemon pepper and got regular fried chicken.

This is the Holley we eat at the hwy 64 location at least place at least 3-4 nights a week and we love there food and service but the way tonight went was extremely upsetting to me as a long time customer not only did I order a double hamburger but got a single they also forgot my 4 ranches but that’s not the worst part I ran right back over there to catch them before they closed at 9 which it was 8:43 when I arrived lights were off and the owner Q was sitting in his truck in front of the store he sees me go to the door showing signs that something was wrong with my order and as a long time customer and someone who love and respects this place I figured the least he could do is roll down his window and ask what’s wrong but instead he just ignored me like I said I love this place when the right people are working but I am truly upset with tonight experience that’s why the low stars

The wings were small and very expensive. $15 for 10 party wings. Then the orders were not labeled. Called the owner and inquired why the 4 orders that were placed in the same bag didn’t have what they were on the box. We work in health care and had to go through each other to find out what belongs to whom. The owner acted like I was saying something strange. The time before this we waited almost 1 hour to get food. I love doing business with minority own business but as a minority businessman myself I can support this guy any longer.

I just returned from a new place to eat in the Appling/Hwy 64/Brother Blvd area. It has replaced Cisco’s Kid, which replaced the Euro Gourmet. It’s in the same complex as A Great Cut, Crystal Nails, Highland Smoke and the Computer repair shop. It’s in the same parking lot as the U-Haul place, which is next to NAPA.

Ok yal know I’m a tough cookie to please but the wing are really good and a nice size the garlic parmesan and season wings was so good and boy you have to try the loaded fries it was good also this is a must try spot my 3 kids enjoy it and the people are so cool the owner was there to greet and talk to my husband for a min great to meet good people who make your food and OMG the cookies are to die for

It was my first visit and the owners were cooking and serving, that caught me off guard. What made it b better they made me feel like family. The atmosphere was awesome and the place was clean. The food was awesome also. I can’t wait to go back, I just wish I didn’t have to drive 36 miles to get this kind of food and service. But it’s worth the drive.

I didn’t eat my food. Walking in, the floor was very sticky. After standing on the carpet waiting to order, my feet stuck. I ordered (the man was very nice. Great customer service). While waiting for my food to be cooked, I saw 2 roaches on the walls. I got my food and left. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t say anything.
