This place used to be a go-to for good pizza wings and subs. They are under new ownership and the quality has gone downhill. Also you need to pay attention to what they charge you cause this is the second time I have gone there and there is random extra charges. I purchased a sub combo which is $11.99 then they tacked on an extra $.50 on the sub portion of the bill then $.60 for each topping on the sub. When I bought it up to the guy at the counter he said the system does it automatically and it has been doing it for weeks. I asked if the manager was there and he said he will be back at “11” well it’s 1:00 so we are way past “11”. The worst part is the cheesesteaks have half the meat of what they used to have and a gallon of mayonnaise on it. Totally disgusting.

I ordered a 9 piece broccoli and cheese bites it came and I only got six. (I seem like a Karen I know) but my 8 year son was so excited for these! They came through (even though I was put on speaker and not answered even yelling hello for 7 minutes, I called back and whoever answered was so rude) they however offered to deliver the rest or a discount obviously I wanted the rest of what I paid for. Their food is amazing but customer service is sometimes lacking.

We have ordered here for years and live across the street on Cardwell but stopped because of the quality of people and food there. We order delivery bc of small kids. After our food was an hour and a half late I called and they told me it had gone out with the driver an hour ago. Then I ask the driver (tall guy small red car) why i was the last one to be delivered to when i was across the street and he told me i would be “the last one he delivered to every time with my attitude.”

How does this place only have 4 stars? Absolutely BOMB cheese pizza. I got a medium cheese pizza for $9.99 and the crust is out of this world. It is so doughy…sheeeesh. And on top of the doughy dough dough crust, they give you garlic sauce. Where has this place been my whole life? Cheese and sauce is good but def some flop. Portnoy would give it a 7.8/10. For me it’s a 8.5/10.

Was my first time there and I only tried it because they had good reviews. They got them honest because the cheesesteak was the best I’ve had in a longgggg time and the service was even better. Wasn’t even a long wait either. I’ll definitely be going back.

I love getting my weekly salads from this restaurant. Add a little protein and its magical. Also their sweet potato fries are delicious. One time i had an issue with a too-doughy pizza, and they fixed it right up for me. I am deff staying a regular with these guys 🙂

I was absolutely, pleasantly surprised! I had NO idea what to expect since pizza around the area is either hit or miss. But Venus! Wow! Venus is now my first “go-to” place for pizza. The sauce had just the right amount of pizzazz and the cheese was gooey and awesome; just like a pizza should be! AND – they added garlic dipping sauce and pepperoncini’s! Superb!
