I had been meaning to try this place for the last few times I’ve been in Telluride. I love that they have vegan and vegetarian options, and it’s located in a great location, with a great outdoor dog friendly seating area. While we enjoyed coming here, both my wife and I felt that the food was just OK. Not bad, but not as great as we had hoped. We ordered the falafel sandwich and the mezze plate with hummus, falafel, rice, lentil soup, and taboulleh. The falafel didn’t taste fresh (I’d guess they were prepackaged or frozen then cooked there), the hummus and rice were tasty, and the lentil soup didn’t have any lentils in it nor did it taste like lentil soup. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

Good food! Everything tastes fresh. Pricey, though! Also, overheard the boss/manager getting upset at the cooks kinda loudly, so I didn’t like that (awkward). Anyways, food is good and outdoor dining is cozy.

Unfortunately this place wasn’t too great, especially for the incredibly high price. The chicken had good flavor but was overcooked. There were only a few pieces of chicken in the plate. The baba ganoush was good. There is an enclosed area to eat there if you’d like.

Falafel and pita were prepackaged and not very good. Hummus and chicken kebabs were good. They were out of both lamb and beef. My salad was very skimpy, not enough feta or tomatoes.
