Astonishing first impression. I’m not a fan of Philly cheese steaks and neither is my reviewing colleague, so when I say the classic Philly cheese steak is unimaginable, it really says something. The softness in the bun is other-worldly, the warm and tender meat and gooey cheese was delicious. Truly a masterpiece for the very minimal wait. The only reason the food didn’t get 5 stars is because there was an uninvited pickle which jumpscared my unexpecting colleague. Also there was a very tough part of steak in the sandwich, although it wasn’t terrible as this was only a small part of the steak. All in all, I was very satisfied with my food. I will be coming here again without a doubt.

Everything we had was delicious! Love that they offer chicken in addition to steak so there are choices that work for our whole family. We called in our ordered ahead and were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Their estimate was perfect, food was just getting wrapped up when we arrived which means it was still super hot and fresh when we got home. Staff was very friendly too. The only thing I’ll do differently is order a half a sandwich next time instead of a whole, because they are MASSIVE.

This was probably our 4th or 5th experience here and all have been great! We came here when they first opened and completely understood the wait times back then as they were just starting out at this location and they had an overwhelming response! Overwhelming is actually an understatement! Food we’ve gotten has always been great and tonight was no exception. Got the haddock sandwich dinner expecting a small sandwich and fries and what I got was a fish fry on a hoagie roll! Wow! Anyway, very glad to support this awesome eatery in our small town. Happy we have them here!

Honestly was a little disappointed with my classic cheesesteak. It was pretty big, and overall not bad, just felt like it should not have been so dry. Needed more cheese in my opinion anyway. Look forward to going back and trying a different sandwich though, they all sound so good.

We got the cow but not the holy… We asked for onions , peppers , mushrooms and cheddar with mayo on our roll. We literally received steak and cheddar on a very tasty roll. The quality of the meat was great, and the roll was awesome!! But the sub was tasteless . We were so excited for this to be our go to here in our village !

Live near by and I can tell you from the smells alone, the food is much higher quality than anything previously offered in that location. The owner is pleasant, smart and this isn’t his first rodeo. It will take time for any business to settle in and I for one, am happy to see someone who knows what they’re doing, bringing Marcellus some really good food!

We just picked up lunch to go for the first time and the experience was great. The food and service were excellent and the order was ready right when I arrived. Not sure why someone would give the place 1 star for not serving breakfast when they don’t open til 11am and clearly don’t have breakfast as part of the menu. Also, they just opened and time and understandIng should be given to work everything out. As far as the prices, they are reasonable considering the portion size. We will definitely be regular customers!

Wanted to try out this new place. Stopped in on my lunch break around 1:30pm to grab a simple lunch special. Easy you would think, There was about three other people in line including me. The lady at the register is training and is either hard hearing or doesn’t understand English well she wasn’t understanding the other customers request for there sandwich and had to repeat several times and also had to repeat my simple order of a lunch special after repeating my request a few times I was cashed out service was fast indeed I did not think to check and make sure it was right with only a few people ordering but the sandwich I got was not the one I ordered. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to turn around and wait any longer to be fixed. So I called and asked for a manager and told them, My order was made wrong they simply said okay and that was it hung up on me this was my first time there and I will must likely not be returning due to the service they provided I was not pleased this could have been handled in a more professional manner and was not best of luck if that is how you treat your customers
