Welcome to Umami Moto Food Truck, where we serve up the best Asian Fusion and Korean BBQ in Albuquerque. We feature tons of delicious dishes including our signature Smashburger (available with New Mexican Green Chile), Sweet Potato Tots, and our homemade Kimchi. We’re a restaurant on wheels (as are most food trucks), so our location changes from time to time, but check our site and our posts to see where we’re at! We waited about 30 minutes for the food to be ready after ordering, and most of the people who ordered after us got their food before us, and clearly had ordered more. The food was good, but not worth the wait. Do not recommend.

Oh my gosh! This had to be the worse bowl of chicken and rice I ever had. I was hoping for a bowl of plane white or stir fried rice, rather they put some green flavored disgusting sauce that totally killed the meal! Other than the gross rice the food service was excellent!

Let me tell you, as a middle-aged man who doesn’t like the Internet, for me to be able to visit their website for the first time from my phone, order exactly what I wanted, and pay; without getting frustrated, while high, is very impressive! Stunned really. Then in a super reasonable amount of time, I receive a very nice looking and unbelievably great tasting Smashburger and kimchi. My friends got the Korean Burrito and Sweet Potato Tots and those were both amazing too! This food really was on another level. Really nice people, too. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

One of my favorite food trucks! I love the food and the staff. The owner of the food truck is one of the most involved owners I’ve seen. He makes it a point to come bring you the food personally, never really had that with a food truck! I keep coming back not only for the food but for the hospitality i get! Not only that they have pretty unique food! You gotta check them out
