My cousin gave me a list of places to have a quick bite to eat upon our arrival. We chose Potbelly because they had great sandwich options and prices were good. The decor was awesome, fast and friendly service, and our food was delicious! We loved the Mac n cheese! They had a ton of chips and beverages tp choose from as well. It was the perfect stop for a quick bite and then back on the road.

Potbelly is my fav and this store is a disappointment with service. I’ve been twice to this store and they never got my order right. On top that the gift card machine doesn’t work during lunch. The food is good if you choose anything from the menu but the staff and service gets zero stars.

Amazing staff and manager. Staff accidently added ingredient I didn’t want-manager offered to make new sandwich, I declined-not a huge deal. He then comped my sandwich off my order. Top notch individual!

I love their sandwiches. I always get a skinny roast beef and turkey with provolone cheese, mustard, oil and Italian seasoning with a side of pepper. They also have great cookies! It’s a nice dine in area as well(always clean). The staff is super friendly.

Tried to order online spent twenty minutes picking everything out. Then at the end it glitches and says it can’t be placed because drinks can’t be added to pick up orders. That doesn’t even make sense for one. Secondly, it wasn’t even a pick up order. I redo the whole thing and then says they’re closed? I checked the hours they were opened for another three hours.

Incredibly disappointing! They actually charge $2.49 for one slice of cheddar cheese! And it’s disgusting that they hand tore that one slice. How about shredded cheese like every other restaurant?!

I don’t know if it was me or the day i ordered sandwiches from this place. Beef and Mediterranean chicken sandwich were just too dry. The whole experience of potbelly sandwiches i had in chicago made me order from here, but this turned out to be a drag. I am not going to order anything from here again. Usually the sandwiches are fresh and warm, not sure what happened when they made mine, it felt worse than a subway sandwich.Not dissing subway at all here, but usually potbelly is more premium than subway is what i have felt.

One guy who was supposed to be on break doing all the work while the other three jibber. Same guy, took my order, put the sandwich in the oven, prepped it, and then rang me out when I was starring at the other three in disbelief. I ordered and repeated I wanted a soup three times, paid for it, and finally just went and ate the food I got because those three weren’t interested in working – at all. Only customer in there too. Shock.
