The food was really good! We ordered the seafood platter and it was enough to fill 2 people. It included fried catfish, oysters, and shrimp, as well as one stuffed crab, hush puppies, and fries. It was pretty good ngl. Payed $30 for the plate and 2 drinks I think it was a good deal!

This place was off the chain good. Cool atmosphere, great service and generous portions. We found this place while on a road trip, but I’d go out of my way to eat there again. Absolutely amazing.

We got the shrimp boil it was really good. We also got the crab claw, crawfish and fried pickle appetizers to split with out table and those were also good, the fried pickles were definitely an acquired taste. Overall everyone enjoyed their food. Nice staff and the atmosphere was cozy.

Wife had smashed redfish poboy and liked it. I ordered grilled red snapper. Filet came out curled and so tough I needed a knife. Took a couple of bites and said this is not right and sent filet back. Replaced with normal textured filet. Chef never should have sent first one out all curled up. I suspect freezer burn. Slaw a little too Mayo for me. Fried okra ok. Kids had Burger and mashed potatoes that they liked.

DO NOT buy crawfish from here. They don’t wash the crawfish. They just pour the bag with mud and all and boil it. We had to throw all ours away. Who’s gonna eat dirt on purpose, not me. They should be shameful to serve customers this mess. Crawfish are bright red when washed, purged and boiled not black. Look at my pictures for references.

Wonderful, fresh seafood was provided from a charter service located in Grand Isle, LA and served in their fabulous restaurant. Food was excellent and service was, too. Cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Great experience; will definitely be back next time we are in town again.
