I have had issues with this location in the past, but have been so happy with the service for the last month or two. The current staff is super friendly, super efficient, and I have not had a single complaint for weeks. I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 sweet maple bacon sandwiches and a apple fritter. The sandwiches come with egg and cheese; however I did not get them nor the apple fritter. I paid almost $20 to be delivered from Grudhub and gave a tip!!

For a major chain donut place, the apple fritter is a complete embarrassment. This is not an apple fritter, it is a large apple pie mix filled donut. It tastes bad, like a McDonald’s apple pie. Horrendous. Dunkin, if this is what you got, just don’t sell it. I should have more enjoyment if I had taken my $1.59 and set it on fire. At least I would have saved the calories.

It was ok. We went through the drive through, which I guess was our mistake. I’m not a Baskin Robbins aficionado and don’t know all of their flavors and they don’t have any flavors listed on the outdoor menu. I tried to quickly load their website, but it was super slow and I gave up and ordered a chocolate milkshake. It was decent. Wife ordered a sunday but they were out of something- can’t remember exactly- fudge or syrup or something. She said it was good, nonetheless, but was slightly disappointed.

Sometimes this place is a hit. Other times, it’s not. On the times that it’s not a hit, I’ve seen employees drop cups on the floor and pick it right back up to give to a customer. I haven’t witnessed any food treated this way so I really hope that hasn’t happened. On my last visit, they had bottles of cleaning supplies sitting next to drinks they were preparing. The counters are covered with spilt drinks, milk, etc. that they are putting customer’s orders on top of. The floors are trashed with bits of food. This is not safe and I would caution getting your coffee from here.
