I went to the store yesterday and Brandon who is an employee was completely rude ! I asked for a tortilla heated up on the side, he rolled his eyes and said ” you should have told me when I first started so I didn’t have to walk to the other side” I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say. I’m confused cause isn’t this your job? And This isn’t the first time. I’ve had a terrible encounter with him, he and the brown hair girl always gossip, talk behind ur back , make rude comments, and they roll their eyes a lot and make it feel like im irrtating them for ordering food. I dont even want to come back. How do you work at the university with professors and college students If you’re not going to bring a positive environment to the school? Based on countless negative reviews on employees, something needs to be done.

Not good. Every single time I have come here the worker with the amber hair and her friend with the dark hair are very gossipy and rude. Each of them have made rude comments to me, and for how expensive it is to eat here, you would expect the customer service to be good. The food is decent but not for the price.

I have never been to a Qdoba before and after this experience it would take a lot to convince me to try it again. The food was low quality, staff unwelcoming and price high. My wife and I ordered the same burrito bowl with slight variations and the bowls were no where near the same entree. The portions were off and honestly couldn’t finish the meal. For example, we asked for a side of corn salsa and chips and they put both in the bowls instead of the side. When asked to correct the error, the server rolled her eyes and passed the bowl down the line.

No longer a REAL QDOBA’s, was bought out by Sodexo (a French-based company KNOWN for unfair wages, breaches of human rights, & cruel degrading treatment in ALL of their businesses: check their Wiki page ‘Sodexo Controversy’) as of February 2022 NO REWARDS WORK HERE, the APP IS USELESS you can’t earn points or redeem. You’ll have to scooter to a REAL QDOBA, like the one on 1533 Market St Ste 100, which is just a couple blocks from Auraria Campus. Wasted good food (thrown out by staff, so unsustainable, so environmentally UNCONSCIOUS) because they didn’t honor the valentines day buy 1 get 1 that all the real QDOBA’s do. JUST GO TO 1533 Market St Ste 100 and THANK ME LATER.

These guys are on top of it, they almost care too much! Once the main ingredients of our tacos and burrito were assembled, the final Qdoba specialist didn’t like the appearance (or something) so he remade them and placed every ingredient to perfection. Almost like how you would see them in a commercial. He spent more time making it than I did eating it! And it was delicious, as always.
