First time to Pizza Villa and. It was recommended by some family and it was very good. The Villa Nuggets we’re very good. The pizza was definitely the main attraction. The crust was extra thin and had a really good buttery flavor to it different than most other places that I’ve been to. We will be returning for pizza in the near future.

Walked in after my daughters graduation on Sunday May 28th with a party of 11. We asked if they had room for us and the Very pleasant manager who’s name I sadly can’t remember said he would make it happen without hesitation when I asked if they had room for us. The waitress was wonderful and the manager did check in to make sure everything was going well. I though that was wonderful. The bacon ranch pizza was so good. Thank you for being so kind on a last minute walk in party!

We have been going here since the early 70’s, love the pizza- thin crust, and the Parmesan nuggets, the taco pizza is great! The full-size Italian salad is also one of my favorites. And the animated clown – lots of decor to look at! Pizza with lots of ingredients my favorite combo – sausage, pepperoni, green olive, onion!

Been here for years (and year, and years – the first few times I ate here in the early 70’s “Smoke on the Water” was new and on the jukebox!) and the pizza is still good. The A team was cooking the night we were there and the thin crust was full of flavor. Good ingredients (not great, but good) and a reasonable price. Oh, very friendly service at the counter and at the table…very friendly! Hope it’s around for another 50.

We ordered ahead to save time, even though we were eating here. Needn’t have bothered; still waited for the food preparation. Oh well….

As a fellow NIU Huskie, I have to say the pizza is better today than it was in the mid 90s. It has a very thin crust and is very greasy. The cheese is salty. It is pure tavern style pizza. The prices are reasonable (23.00 for a one topping medium). The servers are great. You pay at the front door and the bring the pie to you. The atmosphere and smell is that of an old school pizzeria. That is hard to find these days.

Happened to come on a night they had the balloon guy there. He made spiderman out of the balloons for the kids which was awesome. Great service, great food. The breasted chicken was delicious. I had the pan pizza for the first time and that was really good.

The ordering at door is pain, we had 3 groups, 3 separate checks then having to order drinks at table, all came on one check. Very inconvenient setup. Has always been expensive, crazy large pizza, 2 coke and some pizza nuggets ends up being over 50 dollars.

A friend, his wife, and their two young kids were in from out of town. We all wanted to get some dinner and a couple of beers for Dad and me, who weren’t driving. It was 8:30pm on a Monday night, a super dead spot for a meal out in DeKalb any more these days. We ended up at Pizza Villa and it was for the best – World Famous and Stanley’s was a ghost town and I wasn’t even sure how welcome kids would be there had the kitchen even been open (as advertised on Google Maps). It was Dad’s first choice for pizza and beer (mine too).
