There was a nasty girl with a DISGUSTING attitude at the drive thru 3/27/23 6pm . I’m sure someone is gonna end up slapping her. I decided not to buy my the food I ordered because her attitude and customer service was so poor. Don’t go to this location. im giving this location 0 stars, they mess up my order every single time. i put n a mobile order which clearly in english states i did not want bacon on my sandwich and still they failed to read that and gave me bacon. my coffee is never right. this is not starbucks where they have complicated orders. im not sure why they can comprehend a simple hot coffee! i thought maybe after going back a month later things would change. NOPE! this place sucks, and it’s staff needs to go through training courses again. im never one to post bad reviews but common?!?!

It was a horrible experience, there is no option for “0” star else I would have opted that. We ordered cappuccinos and avocado toast for an $$ value 30 and the customer service( male) was unable to get my request at the first place and making weird faces. Still we placed the order and opted to eat in.while going the restrooms were closed and asking on the keys, they mentioned we don’t have keys. I would never recommend this place.

The quality of food and the customer service is never ever consistent at this location. No matter what time or day I go, the manager never speaks or even smiles and asking for ketchup is the biggest inconvenience. Employees lead my example and the example the manager is giving is horrible.

The worst dunkin ive ever been to. 3 times I’ve said ‘small black coffee with 2 sugars’. I get to work and it’s filled with milk And no sugar. I always forget because I’m in a hurry so i stop by them because it’s quick. The workers never pay attention, they’re always gossiping about something and they never tell you the total until u get to the window. Absolute trash establishment
