Daisho is a relatively new restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised. The fish was very fresh and the hand rolls big and good. We ordered a few different uni dishes, toro and ikura which are usually good benchmarks for freshness and they were all great. The decor is nice and clean and the prices were reasonable esp given the quality of the fish. We will definitely add Daisho to our regular sushi rotation

First time here and I didn’t have high expectations because sushi places around Vegas has not been hitting the spot BUT!!! Daisho Sushi Lounge was amazing!! We came on a Wednesday at 4pm for happy hour and the waitress was very helpful and attentive. There was no one there when we came but with time, I’m sure this place will be packed! I’ve been looking for places that are not AYCE with amazing quality and fair pricing and I found it. The oysters were $2!!!

Best al la carte sushi spot in Vegas, we’ve been here twice since they opened in February! 1st time we got the Sushi and Sashimi Platter it was PHENOMENAL, enough sushi for 3 people but it’s meant for 2! Omakase Dream box was on the list today, a 6 course meal for only 85$ AMAZING! They also informed me while in today about their new happy hour, looks like we will be coming back again during happy hour for better deals !

Honestly everything was great. Fresh fish, great attentive service, beautiful interior and good rolls. But the tako wasabi and the yuzu dishes lacked the flavor. I was looking forward to the shishamo yakitori but I would recommend cooking it a bit longer and holding back on the salt. In general, not the biggest bang for your buck that I was expecting. I would rather go to all you can eat for same price.

I visited Daisho Omakase a few days ago and had an amazing experience! The chefs and staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The food was better than expected. Every dish was prepared in front of us, and most of them were too beautiful to shove my chopsticks into. For this level of food and dining experience, the price is more than reasonable. I would definitely go back to Daisho in the near future.
