Not really happy! Can’t drive so I ordered food for my daughter and I. Paid extra for add ons to my burger and requested no onions or pickles. After scraping everything off to get rid of the onions and pickles this is what my sandwich looked like. What a disappointment after looking forward to my burger. Also, in pic are receipts that show my request. Paid extra for the lettuce, mayo and tomato which I won’t be able to enjoy on it.

I am truly disappointed that us customers are no longer allowed to get our own drinks anymore. They instead chose to install more tables and chairs where all of that used to be. And McDonald’s now charging for condiments? Seriously give me a break already. It’s bad enough them doing things for us now let alone charging for ketchup etc. Please quit it

I didn’t eat McDonald’s for years and went to this one on a whim and have been obsessed since. I stopped going due to locations in other towns and having too many bad experiences but the Beltline location is always fast, clean, and my orders are always perfect. The people that work there are polite and awesome. My food always looks neat and put together which makes me think their work ethic and morale are higher than other local fast food places. I cook 6-7 days a week but if I need a quick fix, I end up here usually. Keep it up!

Did a pick up order and they gave us raw pies and the guy that brought our food out was super unfriendly and pretty much dropped our order into the car like he hated his job. They weren’t even busy so there was no reason for it. The past couple times before this haven’t been much better. What food we could eat was decent at least.

The manager (Sadie) was very rude and condescending. She has a very nasty disposition. When I asked to speak to another Manager she told me she was the only Manager on shift which turned out be a lie. I will tell everyone I know that frequents this McDonald’s to go to the store on 157 because she is serving up nothing but poor customer service skilks.

It’s been a long time since I ate at Mcdonald’s and even longer since I dined in. The service was great. Food was what you can expect. The atmosphere is terribly lacking now. You order at a computer, that’s fine. There’s no condiments out or drink machines anymore and they dont do refills anymore. I dont know if this is a result of covid, but it is really lacking in the human experience. It seems very robotic. Prices have gone up and no refills. Im really unimpressed with the new policies.

The young lady taking my order in the drive thru missed several items but switched the order screen before I could even check to know and correct them ahead of time. Instead I had to order the missed items at the second window and inconvenience the staff there. A little annoying. But the good was standard mcdonalds food and special requests were followed. Aside from missing sauces for nuggets.
