I have to leave a 1 star but it’s really NO star rating. The WORST place to come. Here at 1:30pm for lunch. Went to the restroom and found there was no toilet paper in the stall I was in, noticed a lady was in the stall next to me. So I asked ma’am, no response, called louder no response. Then found out it was an employee who didn’t bother to help me nor wash her hands after using the bathroom. Went to talk with the manager and they were confused as to whether the men’s restroom was out of toilet paper or the women’s. Really?? Then proceeded to tell me that employees don’t wash their hands in the bathroom but they come out and wash them behind the counter?! I told him that it’s totally unsanitary to leave the bathroom without washing your hands period! Stay away from this nasty place.

We stopped going here years ago. Rather than hire staff, train them properly and TRY to win business. They had what looked like 1 counter person and just 1 cook. We waited almost 25 min for our food. I refuse to believe people won’t apply when ever other fast food place is FULLY staffed. We decided to give them another shot. Waited 25 min just for the sandwiches to be wrong. Ordered meals with drinks, the drink machine in the lobby was out of half of what they offer, asked to have it filled in the back, waited 10 minuets to not get what was asked for becasue that machine wasn’t working correctly either. While waiting, our food got cold. No apoligies just attitued. This place has gone down hill in the last couple of years. Will think twice before going here again.
