I came to fat shack after a long day and just wanted some food for me and my friends, when we walked in we were greeted with a glare, the guy working that took our order just shook his hide while we ordered, he then said it would be 30 minutes because he had dordashes pop up when we ordered way before. They then proceeded not to use gloves while wiping their hair and back while touching our food with bare hands. I am extremely angry and upset with how we were treated if it was up to me I would have the two workers that were working the night of the 21st at 12am fired no doubt I am embarrassed they should be ashamed I just watched him pick his nose with no gloves and then cook our food!!!!!

We came in during lunch time. We were the only ones in the place. They had one employee working. He didn’t seem too happy, although I don’t blame him in the place was so understaffed and bleak.

I went July 6th on vacation to see a friend got my haircut Next door, was hungry, went in to get a Sandwich. The person working wasnot interested in me. finally came to the counter and was rude. I just turned around and left. Went next door to smash burgers. The man working was on the phone with tech support but said, I have a customer I will have to call you back.

Went in about an hour before close and one of the boys working was amazing and responsive. The other one working rolled his eyes at us when we tried to order a sandwich and said that they had to start closing and treated us like an inconvenience. We still had about 40 minutes until they closed. Most likely will not be returning to this location.

My husband picked it for cheat night and honestly it didn’t disappoint. My husband ordered the fat shack and said it was the best BBQ sandwich EVER it was 2 meals in one with appetizers included on it.. I had their wings and loved it. My son ate the burger and devoured it.. then we topped it off with fried Oreos and shakes.. definitely a great place for a cheat meal. Wouldn’t recommend taking anyone that’s on a health kick or into light eating because this place definitely lives up to the name.

I went in to fat shack for the first time in maybe a year today. I was craving a Buffalo Philly. Looked like there was only one guy running the shop at the time. He told me that wasn’t on the menu anymore, but he still remembered how to make it. MAH MAN!!! It was delicious and it completed my already awesome day!!

Josh was very friendly and inviting! He showed us his favorites and helped us pick out some of the shacks specialty menu items. Was definitely not disappointed! Fair food fried desserts were so so good and brought back the good memories of when I was a kid!! Thank you Fat Shack and we will for sure be back!

Food was cold and disgusting!! When I asked the cashier to have it remade they laughed and lied saying it was fresh when it wasn’t. My whole family left hungry and went to a different restaurant where they actually appreciate their customers.

The only thing on my sons to-do list was eat at a Fat Shack and see the moutains. We Walked in 45 minutes after they open ordered a couple of sandwiches, the tall dark haired man behind the register told us it would be a 25 minute wait due to the Friars not being hot and no lights were turned on. Soon after we got our food order I could smell heavy cigarette smoke as if he was standing out the back door smoking. I am a 30 year cook, my son is a 5 year cook and this is not ok.
