I am sad to even have to write this but the service has just blown me away. I like going here because they have Buffalo cauliflower which is really hard to find in the area. But my husband waited 15 minutes inside the store today with another guest ringing the bell and trying to get the attention of the people they could hear in the back with no luck. I called in 13 times with no answer just disconnected.

Absolutely best burgers hands down. The service was amazing as well as the food. If you want the best burger of your life this is the place for you. Not a burger fan? No worries. They have chicken options as well that are just as amazing. The owner was so kind and helpful. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

The wings were great! They did just open yesterday on 9/8/2022, we ordered pickup, they said they would be ready in 30 minutes. I came in about 35 minutes later and they said that it wasn’t ready. I patiently waited for about about 25 or 30 minutes then my number was called. I was surprised to not see the owner of this location there helping out their staff, they were struggling tonight because the cook didn’t come in so that’s where the slow down was coming from. Hands down a great place to get some good wings, the efficiency should get better over time I presume.

POOR SERVICE- I came to this restaurant on 3/30/2023 at 8:45 pm to purchase some food and the young lady came from the kitchen telling me that she could not take my order because they were getting ready to close and they have started cleaning up which the restaurant hours on the door says 11:00 -9:00 pm. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL to customers. If your business promote hours of a particular time, then your staff should honor that time. If fact, what your staff is doing is BAD for business and it represents your brand poorly. I am a business owner in the area, and I would NOT do that to my customers. You guys are also new in this area so, this type of service will lower your standards and brand to customers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Get your house in order. If I could have given you a 0 I would.

My turkey burger was undercooked. The sweet potato fries were over cooked to almost charred. The soda machine was extremely dirty so I told the young lady working. She went back to playing on her phone without cleaning it. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my experience.

Warning. Don’t eat here when close to closing time. At 9:00 we were asked to leave because it was their closing time. Asked for a manager. There wasn’t one. Wasn’t able to finish the food I paid for and was served. Extremely disappointing. They did offer a to go box…really.
