Whoever franchises this location is stingy and lazy. They won’t hire enough people to handle the rushes which means people wait 15 minutes for simple orders. They’ll let you sit at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and no one will acknowledge you. They also still haven’t fixed their self serve beverage bar because they can’t stand to let anyone refill their soda.

Horrible management!! I was there today and witnessed the manager physically assault the cashier. I’m not sure what was happening between them but no manager should ever, ever put their hands on an employee! She called him names and pushed him. This manager should be fired! I will never come back here again! This young kid was clearly being abused by this manager.
