I figured I’d give this place a try because of their “4 stars”. Boy was I wrong! For starters, my order was $39.97. I sent my husband inside to pay and pick up and he was charged $40.00 ok no big deal although if this is done to enough people even at this small rate it’ll definitely make a difference. I get home and go to have the crab Rangoon and no sauce. I called them up and the woman says “you didn’t tell me online that you wanted sauce for your crab Rangoon” WHAT! So evidently, this is the only Chinese restaurant in the WORLD that charges for sweet and sour sauce when crab Rangoon is ordered. Unbelievable! So she didn’t give in but that’s not the worst. When I go to eat the crab Rangoon I discover that it’s not crab or even imitation crab it’s BROCCOLI! This just don’t make no sense! I’m just done with these places that get over on honest hard working people!!!

It has been like about a year since I last ordered from here. So today I was craving Chinese and decided to give it a try since my daughter lives about 2 minutes from it. I ordered general chicken with pork fried rice and chicken low mein with boneless spare ribs for my baby girl both combo’s. I told lady I was paying with card she charged me a dollar more and my total was almost 34 dollars. Gave guy a tip and when I read Receipt it said they charged me 11 something for the general chicken with rice which was good but when I saw my daughters combo they charged me 12.25 just for the boneless and 3 something for the lo mein mind you it was given as a combo. 3 dollars for delivery charge and 10 cents for the bag plus tax . Mind you charging for bags is really not a thing anymore . I would never ever order from here again .prices are going up but they really over did it! I thought Chinese spots suppose to be alot less than a damn real restaurant

I haven’t been here in a very long time since my heart attack. I returned after years of absence. The young lady was very nice over the phone as well as in person. The food was good and she even asked me if I needed forks, I haven’t heard anyone mention those since Covid started. Very nice people and good food. Better than happy garden, they are rude and miserable. Thank you for the great service and generosity. Portions were also generous. Get your moneys worth.

HANDS DOWN!!!! The best Chinese food in the area, even surrounding areas in my opinion. As a New Britain native, this place has always been the place to order from. Hardy portions, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I can understand the people’s concerns with pricing but with inflation and how the economy is doing right now, I think they are still providing great food within reason. I’ve moved out of New Britain and I have to say this is STILL my favorite spot to order from. Give them a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Had delivery on a few occasions from here. Food is good. We decided to get an entire group of people with four separate orders to the same location of course. They wanted to charge a separate delivery fee for each order. The order would have been around $200 since that is what it came to at another location that decided they had no problem delivering for free! Bad business practices and this is the result.

The food is good like every other chinese food in new Britain I’m a truck driver who eat out everyday so I like to try new places excuse me I don’t use periods I’m not a professional foody so you get what you get when I review I ordered the general Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice it has a lot of onion which looks like that’s the only veg in the rice the general that I order isn’t spicy I love the fact that I was able to choose it spicy or not

I ordered Christmas Eve they made me buy extra food in order for it to meet delivery standards I guess. It took them 10 mins to get all the way to the other side of town therefore the food was already made an sitting I tried to call them back to let them know the food was hard and cold no answer called Christmas no answer the day after no answer. When I finally got a hold of someone to explain the issue an ask for a discount not a refund a discount she said sorry NO. Don’t order from these ppl. Service an management is trash. Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, but unfortunately we’re forced to!!

This place is CRAZY! I ordered delivery, and paid by phone. Two days later, I order pickup and was not allowed to pay by phone due to “security reasons”. So if someone steals my card, they can’t pick up food, but can get delivery? That’s wild! Lmfaooo i had a big order too and they refused to serve me by typing in my card.
