Tried this place on 9.30 ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and 1/4 chicken with mashed potatoes and salad. The chicken quesadilla was packed with chicken and flavor! The 1/4 chicken was juicy and flavorful as well. It came with 3 different sauces each labeled on the receipt. Only downside to the meal mashed potatoes weren’t that good will order a different side next time. Atmosphere was great until it got really smoky the vents did help but not much.

A large, delicious, moist chicken breast with two sides (yucca fries and mac and cheese) very reasonably priced at $11.75. I’m a member of their free rewards program, so I used my birthday coupon for an additional $10 off. I got there before noon, so there was no problem getting a table.

I am a big fan and have ordered here regularly. However, I ordered a half chicken (all white meat) with 2 sides for via door dash delivery and they stuffed it ALL into one container. The slaw literally melted and was gross, the chicken juice and slaw dressing ran allover everything. EXTREMELY disappointing. PLEASE go back to individual containers for sides, especially those intended to be served cold (slaw). For awareness, not the fault of the driver….this was the first time all the chicken and sides were jammed into one container together and the sides were not in separate containers. I ended throwing the slaw out. Otherwise, i have always been pleased with the food in the past.

20220518 Employees were nice, but service is real slow. I was 2nd customer to order and the first set of customers, 2 people, were already sitting down when I walked into the restaurant. There were plenty of cooked chickens in the case, and several employees working behind the counter. The sides were ready to go. Not sure why the sloooooow pace. They are opened for about 2 months. Maybe they need to learn about the DC fast pace. while waiting, I got to look around and take some pictures. I ordered a hald chicken dark meat with rice and beans to go for $16 + 15% tips. All the way home, I was smelling the aroma of this yummy meal in my cat. The rice had chicken pieces in it, and it was delicious!! Reminded me a little of fried rice. The beans were just beans but good. The chicken was delicious. It has a nice smokey flavor and seasoning. My finicky pup liked the chicken.

Very good. Had the quarter chicken with fries and coleslaw. Very tasty. I did ask my fies be cooked extra well done but that request was ignored after being told they would cook the fries well. Also no refillable fountain drinks. Recommended. I will come back and try other options. Four falst food stars.
