$39 (including tip) for a small bowl of rice, this entree, 5 pieces of crispy cream cheese wontons and a coke? Awful flavor, not even close to being worth what they charge

My first time here, taking food to go. I only had to wait a few minutes for my order, and was extremely pleased with packaging, a proper plastic container for the wet food. But even better, a dish I’ve eaten for many years at many Chinese restaurants, this maybe the most delicious and a portion large enough to give me joy twice, maybe three times. Not inexpensive but well worth the price. My only suggestion is the black menu with gold print, impossible to read with my aging eyes in the dark waiting area, such that I just ordered something familiar not off the menu. I’d have liked either a menu I could read on my phone or a larger print version for seniors. When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely return.

I just went for lunch .The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. I ordered Mongolian beef and pork fried rice. The beef was very tender but for the price ,the dish should have more meat and less onions. And the pork fried rice, although very tasty was dry so some improvement in that dish is needed as well. But overall the taste of the food is very good.

Where to start? We were immediately greeted and sat at a private table. The server came to take our order after about 5 minutes. We ordered soft drinks and an appetizer. The soft drinks were were both flat and disappointing. The server replaced them but the replacements were also flat. I asked her to take them away and bring us iced tea. The menu has a good wide variety of dishes to chose from. The presentation left something to be desired. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, but were impressed enough to plan another trip to this restaurant. Yes. This location is adequate. No. Its nothing to write home about.

Very tasty food. We ordered walnut shrimp, green beans, and chicken with vegetables. Everything was delicious. The service was quick and friendly.

This place was ok. Not horrible but not really good. The best thing was the service. It was very friendly and prompt. The potstickers were the best thing that we ate. The wonton soup had a very bland broth and even when soy sauce was added, it was still not too good. We had a fried pork dish that was not good and a honey sesame chicken that was edible. Even the steamed rice was not great, it was pretty dry. Overall, won’t be going back.

The Black Pepper Beef is made fresh in front of the table , bright out sizzling on a 500° hot iron plate reminiscent of fajitas or Ruth’s Chris steaks.

Excellent Szechwan food. It has been a while since we last ate here, and they “still got it.” Hot and sour soup is best we know in San Diego. Potstickers were excellent. The other dishes * were also quite good, but we will likely try others. Service was nicely paced: soup, potstickers, and then main dishes. Good packaging for leftovers. Generous portions will provide lunch for a day or two. * house special lo mein and house special la ma sauce dish with pork, beef and shrimp.

Best… Chinese… in.. San Diego… No joke. I came here on a Tuesday night and the place was full. We got sat at a booth as soon as we arrived and were greeting by the Manager. He had the best energy and was so kind and attentive. There was not a single second when our waters weren’t filled. The staff is politely checking on every table so you’re never sitting there waiting on someone to pay attention to you which most places when filled tend to take a little longer (as expected of course). I’ve been meaning to try this place forever because of how highly people rate it, and it did not disappoint. The interior is also so cool and gives the place a really cozy vibe. Now to the food, we got the appetizer platter which was so good and great to share. The mongolian beef was the best I’ve had in San Diego. They also give you a ton of rice on the side. They do delivery but I’d leave my house for the awesome service and ambiance. 🙂
