Went through the drive through on lunch break 2 separate time and both times I was rushed when placing my order giving me no time to look at the menu. Then after placing my order I get to the window to find out they didn’t even put 2 things I ordered on the order. Not having time to spare to wait on these items I just took what was ready and left. Getting half way down the street I take a drink from my cup and that wasn’t even right I was given soda and not my sweet tea making me turn around to have them correct it which had made me late for work. I was the only one in the drive through and there was one customer sitting and eating already so there was no reason to rush and no reason to mess up my order. They get paid to do 1 job and they can’t even do that right.

I just now bought a whopper sandwich cost a little over $ 6.00 and what I am about to say is for not just this location but what is it that the sandwich is cold? It felt as though the whopper had been sitting over night the bread literally fell apart. The meat was cold. I really just don’t get it nowadays fast food restaurants really need to revamp or pay more to their employees because there’s no customer service I was handed the sandwich like I had the plague no thank you no smile absolutely nothing. She just looked at me handed the sandwich and closed the sliding door. LOL. If somebody higher up from Burger King is reading this….seriously pay your employees more and do more training and please get a sandwich hot I don’t mind to wait as long as my food is hot. Unfortunately I will no longer eat at Burger King. I keep giving chances and again disappointed.

Always appears to be closed and the staff that works at this location are awfully rude… the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced living in Hagerstown at any food business it’s just sad that you have to call a loyal customer embarrassing just because I need help with a refund on a mobile order I made and they were not able to fulfill that order as they always have something wrong going on and can never make anything customer just awful I personally would never go back to this location ever again my kid was with me and he looked at me like what just happened ? The ORIGINAL BK that stood here was ALWAYS HOT N FRESH FOOD!!!! They tore it down n replaced ALL EMPLOYEES N MANAGEMENT with new building. It’s the Manager/Assist Manager that allows n wants food served past its fresh point/time it was made. Warmers must not work cause ALL FOOD IS FREAKIN SERVED COLD!!!! THEY NEED TO RAZE THIS BK N ALL ITS MANAGEMENT!!! Drive thru wait times are ridiculous only to be served ICE COLD FOOD, WHY THE FREAKIN LONG WAIT N FOOD ISNT EVEN HOT!?!?

I can see why this location has mixed reviews. Ordered food at 5pm through the drive-thru today and had everything on point. Even the employee at the window was pleasant. I go back at 11pm through the drive-thru totally different experience. They don’t have royal chicken sandwiches after 9pm!!?? Also, no sweet tea!!

Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I would like to acknowledge Sherrie for her outstanding service and hard work. She took our order and while it was being prepared she helped push out orders at the drive through window and worked the fryers. She greeted us when we arrived and when we left with a friendly smile. She made our dining experience very pleasant. I would like to recommend that she receive a bonus or reward for her hard work. Thanks Sherrie!
