Please don’t order from this Pizza Hut. They don’t care and have poor service. The last three orders came late because they used door dash and their drivers are poor and unprofessional. The driver called and didn’t want to come to my front door. I had to go out and get my order. The pizza was hard and cold. Order from Domino’s or Papa John’s. They are much better. I’m done with Pizza Hut. They are idiots.

This Pizza Hut at 3610 Springhurst Blvd shocked me with their very unprofessional way of just keeping my money and not putting it back on my card after my order had to be canceled on July 21st. I waited for a few days to see would I get my money back and didn’t. It’s not about the money as much as it is them not keeping it professional!! I ordered the new MELTS right before leaving work. They said it would take 10 minutes to prepare, food was ready when I got there. I wasn’t sure if they had a drive thru on the side of the building so I called again when I arrived because the lady that took my order Said customers are not allowed inside. I thought maybe they would bring it to my car. So when the guy answered my call I asked did they have a drive thru, and that I was there to pick up my order, he said yes, I could come in, he said they have an answering service that keeps telling the customers they aren’t allowed to come inside which may be the case for the new location located in LaGrange.. so I guess there’s some sort of confusion. Other than that, all was good. The MELT was very good, it’s loaded with parmesan or Romano cheese on the outside of the crust. There’s lots of cheese and meats inside, the dipping sauce was very good too..it’s like a marinara, but a thinner consistency. Overall good experience. Parking right in front of the door, convenient location in the shopping plaza a few doors from Dollar Tree

The pizza was just okay, which is disappointing considering the price we paid after delivery and tip was $40. It was 30 minutes late. We called to check on it about 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and were advised that they did not have a driver until 5pm, which was after our expected delivery time. This means our pizza likely sat for 30 minutes, which would explain why it was not great. It was obvious that it was not fresh. I think the reasonable thing to do would be to call the customer and explain there will be a delay and ensure that when it arrives it is fresh and hot. Perhaps an off night, but a simple apology and/or offer to make it right would have gone a long way with us. It’s hard to tip a driver 20% and then get cold pizza 30 minutes late.

Horrible customer service, rude woman who answers the phone who hangs up on customers after they ask to speak to a manager. I call back and she impersonates the manager and says there is nothing she can do and starts laughing, have it recorded. Guess ill come up there and have a talk with the GM

I don’t recommend getting pizza from this location. Pizzas were undercooked and couldn’t even be held in your hand. Cheesesticks weren’t cut. Nobody wanted the leftover pizza (a first in my family). Also, $5.99 delivery fee is ridiculous, and the pre-calculated tips on the website are calculated after tax and delivery fee are added. The Superbowl commercial made us realize we hadn’t had Pizza Hut in over 10 years, so we gave it a shot. The quality of the pizza made us realize why we hadn’t had Pizza Hut in over 10 years.

Delivery orders are given through some foreign call center which is an experience all into itself. Then order arrives after waiting 45 minutes and half of it was missing. Good luck getting to talk to someone at the actual restaurant! When I called back to the call center I was told half the order was never placed. I confirmed the pricing and paid $14 for a medium pizza and $7 for service fee and plus tip. What a rip-off!!
