I ordered the Supreme Pizza and it was made without tomato sauce. I called the restaurant and asked them if that’s normal and they said no. Then they were like “what would you like us to do about it?” I was expecting them to offer to replace my pizza with one made with sauce, but that didn’t happen, so I just said nevermind.

Super fast delivery when made by the store, otherwise it’s through DoorDash which can be spotty. Sometimes I don’t get all of my food ordered but this time was amazing and just wanna show appreciation for the people who put this dinner box together last night. Owner is stingy with sauces!! We ordered a family deal and he wouldn’t give me blue cheese or ranch for the wings or marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Which were actually supposed to be cheesy bread that we payed extra for.

This was by far the worst experience at pizza hut I have EVER experienced ordered a large three topping thin and crispy pizza even requested that it be cooked longer I got a pizza that was under cooked with very little sauce and stale toppings!!

Don’t bother trying to call and order or add something to an existing order. Store will not answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, get a call center that says they’re transferring me to the store and still I’m sitting on the phone waiting for someone to pick up on a late Tuesday night. I’ll definitely not be ordering Pizza Hut again anytime soon. This is completely stupid.

Food overall was okay. Breadsticks were super dry and not much flavor going on. My thin and crispy was the most loved at our house with the pan pizza crust not so much, the pizza was sloppy. Cheese was barely on the pizza. But overall they tasted good and they arrived on time and hot so can’t ask for more.
