Staff is nice, and the pizza is pretty good. The food is just overpriced. Pasta dinners are nearly $20, and it’s about $7 for a slice of pizza. I know they say their slices are HUGE, but they really aren’t that big a lot of times. They’re nowhere near the size of Caraglios’ slices, for example…

Ordered food at 4:05pm it arrived at 5:51pm. Driver did not have food in a hot bag. Manager said food left store at 5:05pm so food sat in drivers car for almost an hour, pizza was ice cold and wings were cold. Manager did not seem to care. This company has gone downhill since Soccer Sam retired and moved to Florida. Would rather get a better product elsewhere. No mor Salvatores for this family.

They called me to tell me that as a first time customer I would have to go there first and then they would start making the pizza (no matter how you try and orderit). The reason for this is because they have made pizzas without the people coming to collect. ( understandable) then take card only then>:( it’s ridiculous to expect us to wait even when I said I’ll be there and live right across the street and still declined saying I had to be there probably lose a lot of business

So upset with this Salvatore’s!!!! Never had any problems with the Salvatore’s on e main st or mt read. I ordered at 7:44 pm and it is now 9:27 and I still don’t have my pizza. Smh do better! If I didn’t already pay ahead I’d just say forget it and order from somewhere else.

I tried the the one on Dewey on a whim. Had a great experience. Friendly Staff. Short wait times. The food tasted amazing and they didn’t screw up the order. Rated 4 stars as the Slice of Pizza’s the cost seems a little high compared to similiar pizza places in the area that offer bigger slices of pizza. However Salvatore’s Probably Ranks in a Tie for first place in my books for the best Pizza around.

I have ordered from Salvatore’s on S. Clinton Avenue, and I have ordered from the Mt. Read location multiple times, I more often than not order the chicken fingers with onion rings instead of fries. Today the Mt. Read location tells me that I cannot substitute onion rings for fries because there is an onion ring shortage. (What?), so okay, I don’t want to place the order. Call Dewey location, and I have to come in an pay before they will honor the order because I am a new customer to them. I am just trying to order lunch, and I am at work, and I believe your Salvatore systems are connected, so you can see my order history, but Salvatore’s can keep those chicken fingers, fries, and onion rings. There are other food businesses I can patronize. You never cook it quite right anyway. Peace!
