Nice spicy beef noodles, perfect level of spice, delightfully surprised given how mediocre most other East Asian restaurants are in Middletown. The Dan Dan noodles were quite good, nice fried rice, the ramen had a nice thick broth.

Good food and super friendly waitress. They also cut a cake for us for someone’s birthday which was so nice! The sushi was super yummy. It was fresh and the flavors were good. I got the spicy sushi roll platter which wasn’t too spicy which I liked. The soups and noodles were also pretty good.

I could not believe how delicious each and every course was. The pork gyoza was PHENOMENAL I missed the opportunity to photograph because we ate it within seconds! Service was excellent, our waitress was kind and very tentative. Food came at a wonderful pace. Had an excellent time here and 10/10 recommend. I will be back & my boyfriend and I are so excited for this new date spot!

Hands down the best sushi in the Middletown area. Every roll is different in its own way and is absolutely incredible. Perfectly balanced flavors in their specialty rolls. Simple and delicious a la cart rolls. The attention to detail and thought that went into making each and every one their items is something you don’t see every day. I cannot recommend Niuda enough. You’re doing yourself a disservice by ordering sushi anywhere but here.

Sushi is the best I’ve had in CT for a while! Certainly the best in Middletown. And the prices are beyond reasonable! I don’t know how they keep the doors open for that quality with these prices. I went with my young son & they were very patient & kind with him as well.

The food was absolutely delicious and the venue, is small and brings a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. By the time I got the check, the hostess introduced herself and the rest of the staff. The sushi is AMAZING. I recommend the Sunny roll (has tempura sea scallops) or the Paradise roll, for a crazy contract of citrus and heat. If you like it SPICY be careful, they mean business. The spicy snails rice noodle soup is the hottest soup they serve
