I ordered buffalo wings from here tonight. I opened the box and there was a dead fly in my food not only that the chicken was burnt and over cooked. I can’t believe they let food like this walk out the door. I called Rocky’s got no answer. I called the driver he said they were closed and I would have to call back in the morning. I always order food here but there won’t be a next time. Very disappointing.

One of the best pizza places in town. Authentic! Sauce is made fresh, perfect amount of cheese. Get the sausage if you can, it’s freshly made. You won’t eat a sausage pizza anywhere else like here. Always friendly when you call, always friendly when you pick up! Great crew!

Hello I became a customer for a short period of time. The pizza is ok. I ordered a chicken parm grinder from them. I tell you this pizza place can’t take criticism. The grinder was disgusting. I call to complain he was upset that I was complaining. He gives you chicken patties not chicken breast. The owner was rude no wonder his place is empty. He lost a valued customer.

I ordered a 12 piece wing. The wings were absolutely disgusting. They were soft the buffalo sauce tasted very poor. I called and explained the way I felt and asked if there was something else they could make me that tasted better. The employee hung up the phone on me. So I went in person and explained how that was absolutely rude. He explained to me that he felt offended, I then told him that I wasn’t trying to offend him but the meal was unsatisfying. Why loose out on a customer when you can simply accommodate? He then proceeded to tell me dont ever order from me again and didnt refund me or give me another meal in replace. I would never order from their again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

Honestly horrible food. Ordered a Meatball grinder and a Turkey Wrap. The Meatballs were alright I guess, but the Turkey wrap was absolutely disgusting. It contained what seemed to be store bought prepackaged slimey “turkey”, a bit of warm soggy lettuce, quarter of a slice of tomato, and an absolute bucket load of Mayonnaise. I asked for light mayonnaise yet the entire bottom half of the sandwich was soaked with Mayo making it disgusting to hold & eat. Will never be ordering from again. Nothing on their menu is worth their ridiculous pricing.

Update 1/9/23 great PIZZA IN WATERBURY.. they stand behind there food.. and tuna subs .had mixup with a order. And rocky immediately gave me a replacement. This is great pizza and good people! Go there you will get great service and Food!! Only one Sheff in town. At rocky’s pizza waterbury ct..
