Ordered broccoli chicken with brown rice. The broccoli were not properly cut (too big), barely half-cooked, tasted raw and horrible. The chicken was blend, tasted like chewy tofu. Sauce was spread on one side of the brown rice, not on the other and it was overly salty. From preparation to cooking to presentation, there is no attention to details, nor desire to cook well, nor standard enforcement. I hope management read this as this can be easily fixed. You got the brand, just need to ensure quality consistency. Three staffs only on a Tues evening. All doing their own things. Long wait despite only 2 tables of customers. Walked in hungry, walked out hungry.

I really love this restaurant and the food that they carry. It is so amazing and every time it is really fresh and really good but what I’ve noticed is that they become more stingy with the portions that they give you for the amount that you pay you would think it’s a kids meal when it wasn’t because it was just a regular meal and they just give way smaller proportions for what you’re paying for

I’m so mad. I had a craving for Pei Wei and was beyond disappointed when I got home to eat my to go order. I order the house special which is my favorite. I ordered the chicken extra crispy. Mike the manager didn’t even look like he was putting the details down when I placed my order. I also asked for no cucumber. I didn’t say I didn’t want any veggies on top period but I didn’t get Any at all. The chicken was so soggy, not golden and crispy. the rice was old. My chicken was brown and old looking. I also ordered chicken lo mein. The noodles were stuck together like old spaghetti that had been sitting. It tasted old also. None of the food I ordered was cooked fresh. Seems like they took old food and heated it on hell in the microwave. My time and $30 wasted! I’m so pissed and disappointed I didn’t eat anything but the two spring rolls I ordered. I called in to complain. The manager Mike couldn’t have been more nonchalant and unconcerned with how upset I am. I told him you eat with your eyes first and the presentation was horrible. He did not care. I told him the food was trash. All he had to say was you want to come back for a refund. Not even an apology or we can make that fresh for you. Maybe he doesn’t get paid enough to care. It’s beyond me how as a manager you’re not making sure your team puts out food that’s up to par. I didn’t even complain about the lo mein to him I was so mad. I just hung up the phone. I’ll never come back to this location. Especially if Mike is still the manager. I was pleasant and smiled when I came. I was also very polite. Mike had no pleasant greeting ,he had the face of someone who was over the day. And it showed in the food. Inflation is out of control and there’s no high standards for quality anymore, clearly. I am pissed!

I dearly give bad reviews. This was the first and last time I will visit. I ordered 2 things orange chicken and veggie spring rolls. Spring rolls must have been frozen before serving because after second bite cold food touched my teeth. So that was that. Orange chicken was definitely not crispy and when you open the box an overwhelming sent of vinigar hits you. The crispy rice or fried must have been fried and then soaked as it was mushy. Needless to say food was thrown away. Service was below average everyone working there looked like they were being punished. Do not recommend

Just got 2 kids’ meals and an eggroll from here. Kids’ meals barely, and do mean barely, had any chicken. The chicken there was, overcooked. Missing broccoli from both bowls and the rice was undercooked. The eggroll was burnt, smaller than before, and hardly any flavor. Kids complained the entire time.
