I really like the menu at Sunshine Vegan Eats. There are more traditional options available and they pretty much keep everything on the menu. I appreciate their consistency. Some OTHER places change their menu often, which I am not a fan of. My favorites are “The Fast Lane” and “The Street Taco”. I also really enjoy their sides, especially… pasta salad, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes are all very good. The only improvement that would be nice is a better website. It always freezes up on me and takes me longer than normal to order. Also, if you live far it would be a good idea to check your order before driving off as they are very busy and sometimes something may be missing. The staff is always kind and provides outstanding service.

I am not vegan but my fiancé & I came to try the food looking for a cleaner eating alternative. We had the street tacos 10/10 absolutely delicious the best of all the dishes we tried. The chicken tender & fries. I don’t know what kind of magic they do here but it look & had the same texture as chicken. I was blown away! The steaks hoagie was very tasty also! The shrimp unfortunately I was not a fan of. The taste was good but the texture was weird. Overall I will definitely be visiting again and looking forward to doing so.

Found this little spot by chance on our way to Niagara Falls. Absolutely delicious and actually great portions! Everyone left full. We spent about $11-12 per person. Kid and adult approved. There’s a cute little outdoor space, too. With May’s mild weather, it was perfect.

WOWZERS!!! Holy moly vegan food glory. My fiance and I came up to Buffalo to stay for a mini vacation. A long way from home, we doubted we would find any decent vegan food in the area. But boy were we wrong! This place topped everything else we tried. Best vegan comfort soul food around, and they serve huge portions. It hit the spot and left us wanting more. We ordered two of the Impossible Niyah Specials, the Mac n’ cheese, and a breakfast sausage sandwich. The breakfast sandwich alone was enough to keep me satisfied. It was greasy (in a very good way) tasty, and the melted cheese was packed in very generously. The Mac was super creamy, and the cheesesteak chili was spiced just right. Each bite had a delicious burst of flavor. The atmosphere could have been a bit more inviting, but no complaints on my end. It’s such a shame we don’t live closer. We plan on visiting again whenever we’re here!

Almost went into shocked when I first saw the menu here! There are so many delicious options- basically all the comfort food you could want. And it all tastes so good that it just melts in your mouth. The chicken and waffles was something I’ve been craving for like a year and I think this is my favorite vegan version I’ve tried! The bbq rib platter was just divine. It was so flavorful and filling with the sides of mac n cheez, baked beans and cornbread. Shrimp was great too! Honestly I have no doubt that everything on the menu is fantastic. This would be a great place to bring non veg friends to show them the potential of vegan food. Just make sure to save room for dessert! The peach cobbler and cookies were such a nice sweet treat.

I’ve been here twice so far and the staff is very accommodating. Might be helpful to order in advance if you’re in a hurry but other than that the food was really good. I had the Philly cheese steak analog the first time with some wings and my son had two sliders. For my second trip I had a kale salad which I thought was fantastic along with the honey mustard Wings again and my son had the fries and the sliders. They also have some good juices there. Definitely going to go again although it is a bit far from home

I ordered the meatloaf entree today and it’s really good. Today was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back. I only tried this dish as of now so I can only recommend this dish. I also ordered the shrimp appetizer but haven’t eaten it yet. There is an enormous variety of dishes here. I really like this place.

Stopped in for some veg-eats without any expectations and ended up with an Impossible Niyah-Vegan steak Hoagie and a side of greens. Also had a very tasty Blu Magic juice. It was all delicious! The Hoagie was savory and spicy and I could honestly have forgotten the cheese sauce was vegan—so creamy! The fries were standard but tasted very clean. The greens were perfectly cooked and balanced: just the right amount of sweet/savory/bitter. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rest of the folks eating were having such a good time eating that they struck up conversations with each other about how great the food was. I’ll absolutely be back—and saying some secret prayers they have entrepreneurial vegan family in NYC who will bring one to us there.
