Place is absolutely terrible. During and right after covid I can understand and be somewhat understanding but when almost all other restaurants are back up and running this is unacceptable. 7/10 times your order will be wrong, they have absolutely zero to minimal training, facility is not inviting at all, fries are typically cold and your lucky if they don’t forget to salt them, sandwiches are sloppy (even for a McDonald’s), drive through service is bottom of the barrel there were more options in town I’d never ever go back. Facility is grimy and unkept, landscaping is rough, parking lot is messy most of the time, and it just looks terrible for our area honestly. Do better!

I frequent this McDonald’s, as I live nearby, and for the last several months, the service has been poor. The wait always seems to be unusually long, even if the line is not, roughly half the time, I am given the wrong soft drink, and they have forgotten to include the BBQ sauce in my kid’s Happy Meal every single time. I don’t know what the deal is, but this happens consistently at both lunch and dinner times.

As I am allergic do onions I ordered my sandwiches always without them but yet they put the onions on when I went inside to straighten it out it took three attempts three different burgers had to be made to finally get one with no onions because they didn’t have a good translator. If you’re ordering off the menu you’re probably all right if you’re not good luck to you

Ordered a large fry…. And as the photo shows, this is what they gave me. It’s not that it’s a bad restaurant chain… We’ve experienced being skimped fries more times than I can count. For $3.50, can’t you deliver an actual order of fries? Not overfilled – just what I paid for. This (and they were lukewarm) was just disappointing.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, as a person who lives nearby I frequent this McDonald’s just for an easy meal. Wait 15 minutes just to pay for the meal and I asked for a plain burger. And of course as per usual they “forgot” to make it plain, the service is poor and the people who work here seem too “uptight” to properly answer questions if we have any to ask. Once I asked for the Big Mac pack as I’ve gotten it from other McDonald’s as well as it’s on their mobile app. I ask about it and I’m greeted with “Um, what? That discontinued years ago.” In a snotty attitude.

Your drive through employee are the worst you can understand a word they are saying plus they never get your total correct I was told $11.35 at the speaker got to the window and it was $12.50 paid the $12.50 then got change back saying I paid too much told her you told me $12.50 she said I don’t listen well if you didn’t hire all Hispanic people mabe you wouldn’t have this problem
