I gave this restaurant 3 stars because of the taste. The pancakes and hash brown were bland. I was expecting more a unique taste to the restaurant. The pancakes looked better than they tasted. Hash brown had too much butter and oil in it for my liking. The syrup tasted “off”. It wasn’t sweet. I have no idea where they’re going with the syrup. Honestly, it’s got to be the most tasteless breakfast I’ve ever had. The restaurant is still worth a try but it didn’t do it for me. Staff was nice, helpful, and the restaurant was clean

I am glad I found this spot. It was packed, so I had hopes that the locals knew where to go for a great breakfast. I was not disappointed. I was able to find a seat quickly, and the server was there in less than a minute.

Great food served by a friendly staff. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. My food arrived warm and exactly as I expected. The look and feel inside is a little industrial or unfinished, but clean. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Panhandlers were outside asking for favors.

Overall this place was great. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was good and the portions were generous for the very affordable price. The atmosphere isn’t much to speak of, but you’re there to eat, not admire the decor.

Most disappointing breakfast/lunch place I’ve ever been to. The prices are really affordable, but you get what you pay for. The food was cold, tasteless and just not worth it. The Nutella crepes are completely empty, the only Nutella you get is that little but on the top. The savory part of the meal had no salt and just no taste, the sausage was the only tasty thing. The french toast tasted only of bread and was dry and cold, not even the syrup made it taste good. The pancakes were ok, but we had to wait until we were ready to leave to finally have them on our table. The water tasted really bad.

18 May 2023 My husband and I were Welcomed upon entering the building. People are friendly. We were served in a timely manor. Food we ordered was great! For sure to return and shall recommend to our family and friends. Great job to the manager and crew! Keep up the good work!

We were in Colorado Springs for a convention and wanted to try something that we hadn’t before. We found Omlette Etc and we’re very pleased. Our waitress Oakley was so sweet, very personable and kind. She was quick at filling coffee not letting anything go unnoticed. The food was very good and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The place was packed and we never felt we were forgotten. Definitely would have liked to have gone again before leaving town and will definitely return if we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again.

My only negative is how small the portions were. Pricing was fair. The restaurant itself probably isn’t anything too special and the restrooms are a little on the gas stationy side but they were clean and the wait staff was very friendly.
