Not a fan of the computer ordering system. It takes a pretty long time to place an order using them and their cost cutting measures do nothing to improve the visit. They will still mess up your order and they will still forget to give you items you paid for. Some of the food is okay though.

They remade my order 3 times and it was still wrong. The ingredients harldy made it on the chalupas, they were all inside the bag. Store is dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, drinks coming from the drink machines taste like mildew. Taco bell corporate please look into this store. It is SOOO BAD.

Went to the drive thru at 11:30pm this Wednesday and heard nothing from anyone. I then tried to go in but the doors were locked even though the door said open until 4am. You can see two employees just standing in the corner trying to “hide”. I get it I work the food industry too but I’d expect for people to do the job they’re given or quit if they hate it that much.

I asked for Mountain Dew and they gave me sugar free soda. I can tell the difference from regular soda and sugar free soda. All the fat good joints are secreted secretly selling sugar free soda as regular soda. They think they are doing people a favor but they are actually not. They are scamming people because artificial sweeteners are cheaper than real cane sugar.

Had to order from a kiosk for to go, ordered onions for our tacos ( which they didn’t give us. Half the taco shells fell apart. If we wanted to eat the filling separately we’d have dumped all the taco filling out and put it on a plate.

This location is always on point. The customer service is great. The food is always hot, wait time is quick too. The nacho fries are back! I recommend them. Since I’m veg*n, I usually eat the bean and rice burrito with extra rice. Just an FYI.
