Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, got a normal pretzel pizza and didn’t realize that they gave me the wrong pizza until I got home and took a bite into the crust. They weren’t picking up the phone while I was waiting and not worth the effort in going back.

This place is a let down for anyone that is craving a pizza. Place is disgusting, dirty and it stinks. I was willing to let it got if they made a decent pizza but far from it. Definitely do not recommend it, stay away from this place.

I would give less stars for overall experience. They only get 2 stars because of the workers. I have not seen anyone working here that was not only working very hard but also very polite despite many customers frustrated attitudes. This location is terrible. It is gross and disgusting. Looks like things haven’t been cleaned or properly washed down in years. Lent hanging from the vents. And dirt all over any of the surfaces. I don’t blame the workers, I blame ownership. They obviously make a ton of money because it’s never dead in here. Yet they never have enough workers, it’s filthy, and there’s always a long wait. Hot and ready pretty much does not exist anymore. Online orders are never done on time and hardly ever placed in the pizza portal. The last two times I’ve been here it was an hour wait just to get basic items that are supposed to be hot and ready. They’re online system should not keep accepting order if they don’t have the workers to keep up with the load.

I ordered a stuffed crust with 3 toppings. I was debating between here and Papa Johns. The app tells you to use the pizza portal. They didn’t put it in the pizza portal. The stuffed crust isn’t stuffed. A 4:15 pickup turned in 4:40. Don’t order pizza from here. Stick to Hot n Ready.

I go to this Little Ceasars all the time for large orders of 10 pizzas or more. For me – I always receive great service. Either I call or go in to order the pizzas. Every time I go, the employees are very nice and friendly. They always help me take the pizzas to my car when needed. My order is always correct. There have been a time or two when the pizzas were not cut all the way through which is no big deal. And there may have been a time or two when they didn’t answer the phone which is fine. They get busy – I get it! Overall, the employees at this store are always good to me. As long as they stay open, I will always be a customer.

This was absolutely despicable, I ordered one simple pepperoni pizza. They gave me crazy bread with cheese, marinara and 8 pepperoni on top and called it a pizza. I had to go to work and tried to call which they picked up listened to the issue said one moment and hung up. I then tried to eat it to discover the bottom was completely burnt. I give it 0 stars what a trash store I’m currently in the process of filing a police report for attempted murder.

I don’t normally order Little Caesers but was really interested in getting the pretzel crust. I ordered a Cheese Pretzel Crust pizza, nothing too crazy, but I received a Pepperoni Pretzel pizza instead. I understand both are the same price but I ordered the cheese not the pepperoni. Secondly, as I grabbed a slice I noticed a long black hair on my pizza and I don’t have black hair. Very disappointed and truly wish I went to my regular pizza place tonight.

Never had a good experience at this location. I love little Caesar’s but the workers at this specific one seem to be incompetent. They take forever to complete the simplest order which makes for a cold meal when you finally get it. If you want little Caesar’s go to literally any other location, you won’t regret it.

I placed and paid for 4 pizzas online tonight at 8:04pm and the location is closed. My estimated pickup time was 8:45pm. I should have known something was off when I tried tracking my order around 8:25pm, 8:32pm, and 8:35pm and it wasn’t even placed in the oven. I just thought the tracking might have been inaccurate or something. I also never received notice that I can pickup my order which also should have been a red flag. Very disappointing I will never buy anything from them again. Don’t waste your time because you will lose out on your money and won’t get your food.

I tried placing an order over the phone. When it clear no one would answer, I used the mobile app instead, leaving Little Caesars on the phone just to see if anyone ever got to me. Again, no one did — even after half an hour of waiting. When I arrived, my mobile order was not only severely late but also missing three items for which I had paid. I neglected to look that closely until after I had left the store — so that was sort of on me — but it was so packed in that small location that I just wanted to leave. It wasn’t a great experience, which is a bummer because I love Little Caesars.
